I love the stuff and cleaness of the room and hotel the most. Only bottleneck I had was the bad reception of global wifi I brought. Besides that, it was nothing but great.

One of the Good hotels and we enjoyed our stay. I recommend this hotel for families planning to visit Madurai.

En helt fantastisk vistelse. Efter långa arbetsdagar var det mycket uppmuntrande att på kvällen besöka restaurangen med bra service och därefter få sova ut i mycket tysta och komfortabla rum.

We stayed for a night. Impressed with courteous staff, excellent food, clean and comfortable rooms.

Amazing staff and stay

Our recent stay at Grand GRT was exceptional. Loved the modern design and elegance of the property. Check in was smooth and there was complimentary drink offered. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive. The food at the restaurant included wide varieties and everything was delicious. This property is conveniently located at about the halfway point from airport to the city of Madurai

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Grand Madurai! From the moment I stepped in, I was blown away by how beautifully renovated the hotel is. The rooms are spacious, modern, and incredibly clean, everything felt so fresh and well-maintained. The level of attention to detail is fantastic. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and a traditional tulsi maalai, which added a warm and personal touch to the whole experience. The convenience of the hotel is unmatched, there’s a trendy bar that serves great drinks, and the room service was fast and efficient. What stood out the most to me was how spotless everything was, especially the bathrooms. You can tell the hotel takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The staff were also incredibly attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed and going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The overall vibe of the hotel is so inviting, and I felt truly taken care of. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave, I could’ve stayed forever! If you’re looking for a place that combines excellent service, comfort, and a touch of luxury, Grand Madurai is the place to be. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

One of the best hotel in Madurai with all amenities you name it. Very beautiful room and nice fitness facilities. Very testy breakfast with lots of choices

2eme hotel de la chaîne où nous résidions après le Grand Chennai by GRT et toujours la même satisfaction quant à l’accueil attentionné , le luxe des chambres et des parties communes , la restauration raffinée et savoureuse à un prix léger. La piscine est petite mais fort agréable après les visites de Madurai . Compter 15-20 mn de rickshaw ( 300 rs ) pour rejoindre le temple. Un sans-faute pour cet excellent hotel

Checkin wasn't good as expected. Room wasnt ready till 1530 and had to wait after 6 hours driving in a car.

One of the neat clean luxurious hotel in Madurai

It’s really a nice hotel outside city noise and not too far to city centre at the same time. Meenakshi temple is about 20 minutes drive. Hotel is very clean and spacious. Staff are very courteous. Hotel offers taxi services but rates are little pricey. You can book local red taxi or go with hotel service if you can afford little more because hotel taxi drivers are very professional and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Lovely hotel with a great restaurant. It’s a little way out of town but you can get an auto rickshaw (just to the left of the entrance). It cost us 300 R/s to get into the centre of town to visit the temple, also to get to the airport. The hotel is used by many tour groups which can be a downside but we felt all the staff worked hard to ensure the needs of other guests weren’t overlooked.

Nice hotel

In restaurant plates were not refilled and people have to wait fir more than 10.mins to get plates. Sad was no one was taking effort to get inspite of telling them. Also the cut fruits plate was empty and no refilling happened for more than 15 mins

This is an outstanding property with excellent services. This is less than 1 year old property. We are very impressed with our stay. I strongly ly recommend this hotel for your visit to Madurai.
