Loved this place—great value. Really attractive property, lush with fruit trees, and a pool that actually was better than the pictures. Big and clean and invitingly swimmable. Rooms are comfy and clean. Restaurant terrific with big nice buffets. Friendly staff. Only 10 minutes to the ruins.

Assorted . Good taste food . Clean ❗️I would come back for it !
Dislike having an old save with keys to carry around wishing not to loose it ! Noise AC , refrigerators . Old not to well kept in room bathrooms !

The property is comfortable and calm. Complimentary breakfast is substancial with many options. Best of all was the TukTuk driver and guide Manju, he really made my trip magical. He knows the area well and can recommend less seen sites and great hikes for sunrise and sunset. You can book him at the front desk or contact him on WhatsAp 8123456812

Great location for exploring main Hampi ruins. Beautiful gardens. Really good swimming pool. Excellent buffet dinners and good breakfast (masala dosa/masala omelette cooked to order). Comfy bed. Good shower. If I am picky I would say bathrooms a little tired and aircon unit extremely noisy but we loved our four night stay.

While the rooms are big they are old and dated. They had 2 single beds joined with 2 separate doonas which was not comfortable. The grounds were quiet and pool nice but also showing wear with broken tiles. Typical buffet food, warm but plenty of it and they did serve alcohol.

It’s a great hotel.
It’s some distance from the ruins so transport needed.
Try the spa.
Only downside is the ridiculous rule about the pool closing at 7. It’s well lit and safe so no need to close.

Hotel management engaged in serious price-gouging: because home-stays had been shut down recently across the Hampi region because of a court case, we were charged US$280/night for one room for this hotel. (Despite this they wanted to charge us more for an extra bed and breakfast for our child.) The service was ok, there was an overall smallness in the way the place was run.

This hotel is well-located for anyone interested in seeing the monuments at Hampi. It has a very nice pool. Rooms are comfortable and clean, but nothing special -- I am not sure what aspect of this is a heritage hotel. The restaurant does a buffet for meals, which is pretty good, although does not have many non-Indian options. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and helpful. I can't say as much for the management, particularly the front desk, which was not very friendly and seemed to treat us as unwanted guests because we came while the G20 was happening. The naturalist Chandrashekhar provides very nice tours of the local sloth bear sanctuary and is also able to find many interesting and unique birds -- definitely worth going out with him while you are there.

Excellent property. Fantastic look-n-feel. Great landscaping all through the property. Excellent pool. Great sized rooms. Top notch decor in general compared to other resorts in the area. Really close to the main tourist spots in Hampi. And fantastic breakfast.
