スタッフの対応が丁寧だった。

ホテル自体は部屋，レストラン含め問題ありませんが，個通の便がやや悪いので，タクシー待ちで長く待たされることがあった。

部屋が快適で良かったが、目の前の通りが大変混雑し、雑然としています。ホテル周りに観光客が気軽に立ち寄れるレストランやショッピングできる施設がないのも気になりました。

設備は綺麗で新しく、非常に快適です。

チェンナイのホテルではなかなかサービスの行き届いているホテルではないでしょうか！かいてきでまた泊まってもいいかなと思いました。

The cafe and the breakfast

When we visited, there was a lot of construction around the hotel, the roads were terrible, noisy and dusty. However, if you want to have quick access to key areas like Tidel park, Adyar, ECR, OMR or Besant Nagar this place is most convenient.

The first room we were given had the AC reader stuck at 23 degrees but all through the day and night it was giving out really hot air. Gives it was July it was hotter inside the room though outside was scorching hot. Couldn't sleep at all. Since it was the top most floor there were no windows. So we were cooking inside the room. Requested for a room change. Got given another room where the toilet/bathroom floor and walls were quite shabby. What really got to us was the internet dropping every hour. Though we raised the issue it was always we will get IT people to look into it but nothing happened. Waa very very frustrating Hacing spent 10nights and booking 2 rooms was very disappointed that they were going to charge us for airport drop off which should have been thrown in as a service.

We had excellent experience for having such hotel stay. Had dinner and breakfast with too many variety and delicious food.

Staff are very courteous and helpful. Rooms are in decent shape but can certainly be more clean. Room service on busy days like Friday should be more prompt. It takes forever to get room service delivered. I dont blame the staff but the senior management should have more staff allocated as its a big hotel and I am sure the staff is running around. Please add more staff on busy days. Dont want the staff to be on the receiving end but instead the management should do a better job.

It was one of the worst stays I have had in the recent past! The hotel room lacked adequate cleaning. Imagine the in-room menus with spilled food colors, toilet towels with dirt, untimely housekeeping (despite specific request), lack of timely service on in-room dining, lack of interest from the staff to organise a cab (which I ended up organising myself). It was a stay which I would love to forget! Except for its location (that served the purpose of my visit), it had nothing that seemed perfect. Photos can be provided upon request.

Lot of mosquitoes in Hotel's Lobby, very disturbing and annoying experience during baggage handling

I travel to India from the US every 3-4 months and have stayed here 5-6 times.The property for the most part is well maintained. The rooms are comfy and cozy. The pool area is OK, not too inviting. The fitness center is on the smaller side but is sufficiently equipped. The restaurant and the sports bar are excellent. All the staff from the security to front desk to housekeeping are friendly, polite and extremely courteous. The restaurant staff (the two Chefs (Aziz and I forget the other chef's name), Rohit (Mgr), Sanjay (Sports bar), George, are exceptionally courteous and attentive (esp. George). The quality and the variety of food is second to none. Although the property could use some updates, the staff, their service and the restaurant quality are the main reasons that I will likely continue to stay here in the future.
