The hotel stay was excellent, the food in the hotel restaurant was really good and the staff was cordial. The bed was a tad uncomfortable since I had booked the room for me, my wife and a 7 year old child but no extra bed was provided. The hotel parking was a disaster since they had place for only 3 cars and that too small cars. No place for a C-sedan or a MUV/SUV

Great tasting food, excellent customer service, all the staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean, no complaints at all. Price was great, will stay here again. I stayed here for three days, family of three. Pictures are from my room view.

Great tasting food, excellent customer service, all the staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean, no complaints at all. Price was great, will stay here again. I stayed here for three days, family of three. Pictures are from my room view.

it was a great stay in this hotel. The staff was so very courteous and always eager to help. The food in the hotel was very delicious and was very economical too. I really loved the lamb curry. The hotel is right on the mall road and is not very far from Gandhi Chauk. If you have booked the taxi to travel to Mussoorie then you will either have take a rickshaw or can walk too for the hotel from Gandhi Chauk as the commercial vehicle are not allowed there. This hotel is not too big, only have 21 rooms. The hotel does not have a bar too. For me, It was a good stay.

Check-in was smooth. Rooms were clean. Location is superb. Good/Tasty Food. Good service. Even though the food was served in the buffet, waiters offer to serve in room if you are too tired or not in mood go in dining room. Cons: No Lift/Elevators in the building. Dining room is so small; you would feel that you are sitting your home's dining room with lot of people. Overall good for a short stay of 3-5 days.

Great location in the middle of Mall road. Rooms are well equipped. The service and housekeeping are below average. Avoid the restaurant and eat at many of the excellent places on The Mall road. The best part of the hotel are the great views of Dehra Dun lights in the night. The windows are however small.

LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS GREAT. BUT QUALITY OF FOOD AND SERVICE REQUIRE LOT OF IMPROVEMENT. SMALL THINGS LIKE NEWSPAPER IN ROOM, UMBRELLA FOR GUESTS, TEA MAKER IN THE ROOM ETC. COULD MAKE A LOT OF DIFFERENCE. OTHERWISE IT WAS FINE.

Only observation is its location in a NO ENTRY zone for yellow plate vehicles. It forces you to get down a km away, take Rikshwa to reach the hotel. Otherwise a quite small good hotel.

The hotel is in a NO ENTRY area. If one goes in a hired tourist vehicle, than one has to get down near the Library Market/Gandhi square, hire Rikshwa"s and go to the hotel. The rooms are good. But for a hotel of this price, there is no tea kettle/tea making facility in the room. Room Service stars from 6 AM. Breakfast also is very limited fare.

Good hotel..very convenient location on the mall road. Best part is staff is very courteous and is ready to serve you even later than their hours. Only thing to take note of is people with their own cars must reach before 5 pm or after 10:30 pm as mall road is closed between these hours. So take care and enjoy your stay.
