Staff was making a lot of noise on the phone

シャワーがお湯になるのが5分もかかり不便。排水もなかなか流れない為シャワールームの外にまで水が溢れてしまい大変でした。

空港から1km位にあり、インドの交通事情を考えると　深夜便、早朝便のフライトに確実にホテルー空港間の到着時間が読める点を評価します。 フロントの対応が　今一手間取るが　部屋はネットのつながりも良い。　レストランは　良くない。

Overpromise and under deliver. The management has no concept of customer service. We reached hotel at 8.00 p.m. and got a room at 11.30 p.m. and that too a room below expectation. Expedia should check hotel before putting it on their website.

Property as expected. Its a good hotel for an overnight stay before catching your flight.

This was certainly not a 5 star hotel. The property was beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable (except the bathroom which smelled heavily of cigarettes), the rooftop pool was lovely, but there is a major lack of details to be considered a 5 star hotel. The in room minibar was empty, despite a price list. The room service menu was huge with lots of great options, we were excited to order after a long travel day but upon calling we were informed none of the menu was available, we could only order sandwiches, which made no sense since the restaurant was fully open and the whole menu was available to dine in. There is actually no airport shuttle as advertised, they arrange taxi services which are triple the price of an Uber. The fitness center was very run down, of the 4 cardio machines, only one treadmill actually worked and turned on. The Bike machine had a broken power cord just sitting there on the ground. Most of the other equipment was old and didn’t work properly. Overall, don’t expect 5 star quality from this place. It’s fine to stay since it’s near the airport which is why we booked, but I expected much more from a 5 star hotel in India.

The room I had booked was very nice and at the rear of the property so quiet. I would recommend this hotel which is close to the airport.

Gerne hätten wir den Shuttle-Service in betracht gezogen. Alles war von Zuhause abgemacht. Das Auto kam aber nie und wir haben uns selbst organisiert. Das Personal der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich aber total ineffizient! Das Frühstucksbuffet ist gut.

Amazingly helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. The room was smart and comfortable.

A very good place not far from airport. Great big quiet and comfortable room. Staff were very good apart from two of the female receptionists who were quite rude.

Beautiful roof top lounge and pool , room looks standard and clean , not up to the standards of a star hotel.

The hotel was ok and close to the airport. They advertise an airport shuttle, but charged me a 1000 bucks for it. It’s cheaper to get a cab and go. They wouldn’t let any guests into the room either. The room was fairly clean and comfortable.

Very clean and close to airport, Rooftop pool was refreshing in the heat. Not all amenities were open and the Vitality bar is apparently men only but this was not advertised or mentioned anywhere. My husband and I were hushed out of the bar with no explanation. A sign would be nice to avoid this!
