受付のお兄さんが変なテンションで少しメンドウ臭かった。 freeWi-Fiをつかいたいからパスワードを教えてくれと伝えたら、お金がかかるみたいなことを言われた。(機械を持ってきて、クレジットカード番号を入力してと言われた。)いや、freeって張り紙あるでしょと伝えたら、『インディアンジョーク(笑)』と言われた。 自分の意見を言わないとお金がかかる方向に持っていかされる可能性あり。 気を付けてください。 チェックインするとトイレットペーパーが渡されます。

Almost unbelievable quality of service at the price point , Fairly clean , professional behaving staff .Its a no brainer at the price point in Delhi , India

This is dirty hotel, too much bad smile, I checked late that’s why stay few hours than left. Toilet too duty, no toilet rolls, no water tap no shawer line. This for street people’s.

Bad first impressions with two members of staff hassling me about buying travel tickets before I’d even checked in. Room was an ok space, but couldn’t get antiquated AC to work and ceiling fan was so loud as to make sleep difficult. Minimal natural light from the window opening out onto a wall a foot or so away. Did seem to have on demand hot water, unlike some places in the area. Sure it’s cheap, but there are other better places nearby for similar price.

First of all: Be aware of the taxi driver trying to scam you when taking a cab from the airport. They told us that the roads to the city center were closed because of riots, and that they had to take us to the "tourist office" to find an alternative place to stay, prefereably out of Delhi. Refuse to let them take you there, and say you will take another cab. The "tourist office" is only there to scam you! The hotel: - Ok bed. - Smelly fridge, and not working. - Super noisy ceiling fan and AC, and no remote control. - No hot water. - Should have been given a blanket for cover, and not the heavy, not so clean, felt carpet. We enjoyed the location, lots to see, though the streets in the area was very busy and dirty. As expected.

Service was prompt. Most staffs were Nepalis men, they do not greet, smike, or speak much and do not offer any assistance unless you ask. Dirty tea kettle in room and refrigerator, toilet flushed very slow. Most of tv programs were not available and programs were not recharge so we were not able to watch anything for 2 days. Menu from restaurant are small and very few choices, but food was ok.

Room stunk of cigarette smoke from previous occupants. Rooms need a serious deep clean to freshen. Often noisy in hotel (aside from the noise of Arakashan Rd).

Worst experience, pls avoid staying at this hotel as the rooms are shabby, doors does not lock, bathroom has leakage, lift was not working, staff was helpful but were constrained due to their working limitations I would rate this hotel as 1 star Pls avoid this hotel... or be ready to write a bad review.

The hotel may have seen better times, but it definitely not worth the 4,200 rupees that they charge me per night. It is a depressing place, with perhaps clean but they were definitely grey (from endless washing and drying in the local polluted air). The roof top restaurant is a roof, but not top, as it is surrounded by other roofs with water tanks, washing lines, etc. and there is no restaurant. The food is brought to you from the same place as the room service is brought. All I saw there was a british guy, wrapped in a blanket against the cold night who read about it a roof top restaurant in the Lonely Planet (I read what they wrote about the place, and I don't think they were ever in it). All in all, not a good experience. I booked in advance, but left the next morning.

Personnel très accueillant, chambre et salle de bain qu'il meriteraient un rafraîchissement mais propres, lit confortable, préférez les chambres du 4eme étage, plus récentes.

Posizionato in un pessimo quartiere, tra i più congestionati e sporchi della città.

Good place to stay with family very near toNDLS,very helpful staff

Billigt boende med ok-läge. Något stökigt område med en del oväsen tidigt på morgnarna.

Property was very good. Desk attendant tried to scam us into paying taxes on the hotel booking, which were already paid to Expedia with a notation that they are passed onto the vendor. Was definitely a scam, given up by some of his statements "Most people don't realise that they have to pay the taxes locally" plus others give away statements. Hotel was very good but just warning others to check their Expedia invoice to avoid paying taxes twice.

Nice friendly staff. Very good food. Serves alcohol. Noisy rooms that don't look like the photos. Damp bedding. Cold room. Reception staff unabie to buy train tickets despite pestering us to do so.

La gente es servicial. Pero la habitacion es fria y humeda.

The hotel is located in a very congested and dirty area close to new delhi railway station.Airport link metro is close-by.Hotel stuff was friendly.The room we were given was small(atleast compared to the pictures) and wasn't very clean as well.Although during next day's room service they cleaned it properly.The hotel can be consdered if you are on a tight budget in delhi.

The location of the hotel was bad....the path to the entrance was so bad it was difficult to manoeuvre the bags. Otherwise all else was ok
