The hotel did not confirm my booking

Vies hotel. Dit hotel samen met 2 a 3 andere hotels in de straat worden door een management team beheerd. Ze huren goedkope krachten meestal jonge kerels voor de schoonmaak. Die hebben daar geen kaas van gegeten. Iedere dag waren de baddoeken vochtig. Niet optimaal droog dus. Daar gaven ze het weer de schuld van. Echt vies en niet goed onderhouden hotel.

We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Very old building with poor plumbing. Water puddles in bathroom after a shower. Water doesn't drain as the drains in the bathroom are not located at the lowest part of the floor. Window blinds were very old and dusty and. View thru' the window of surrounding buildings is even worse. Breakfast at the terrace is a joke. Only saving grace was the service from the front desk, but that couldn't make up for the poor condition of the hotel. Looks like Hotel.com has not personally seen the hotel before offering a 3* category.

Delhi es una ciudad complicada. El Hotel está en una buena zona y cuenta con servicio de taxi para excursiones; para quien no cuenta con mucho tiempo disponible es una buena opción. El personal es amable.

Place is dirty, no hot shower , on dirty road full off rubbish no good noise is bad

Het is 1 van de slechtste en akeligste hotels die ik heb meegemaakt, verschrikkelijk de kamers! En de manager doet alsof hij God is!1 Onmiddellijk een andere hotel in de buurt gezocht, er zijn tal van goede hotels in dezelfde prijscategorie.......

Mosquitoes and flies in bathroom. Toilet was not clean AC doesn't work properly

Nice nd clean room. The bed was very comfortable, the staff was co-operative. It was a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel. Central location close to restaurants and shops. Free buffet breakfast included. Very comfy beds and excellent WiFi signal

Staff is very coordinative! Services are good. It was a good stay with family. We would prefer to stay there in future also whenever needed!

My stay was good, if you required any special service the you need to inform prior, instant demand is tough to fulfil, otherwise hotel service and location wise its great !!!
