価格が安いので仕方ないが、部屋には冷蔵庫もないし、朝食は ＩＲＰ８０までのチケットをもらい、隣の一般人向け食堂で、その金額内で 食べることになっているが、総てがベジタリアン・フードなので閉口した。 いいとこ１泊ＩＲＰ１，５００くらいが部屋代としては適当ではないかと思う。

Horrendous service. You have to call repeatedly to get anything done. Being polite gets you hostile and aggressive responses. It’s the oddest thing. There are plenty of staff members who are polite and well mannered. But the manager has horrible decorum. He refuses to have conversations about any disputes. He’s ready to take money, but will not provide promised services. The rest of the staff, like the cleaning crew do a great job, but the sheets are awful. The shower is awful. The amenities are awful. The infrastructure of the hotel is awful. But the low level staff do a great job with what they are given. I’ve stayed in Bangalore plenty, pick a different hotel.

Lovely little hotel, if a bit dated. The beds were a bit hard, but it met our needs for the night.

The check in was amazingly slow. I made a couple of comments via hotels.com and the management responded immediatly. They still need to improve their procedures to make things smooter. The wifi leaves a lot to be desired. A lengthy procedure to got on-line, which requires an Indian mobile phone number, followed by further log-ins on the second day (new voucher). This only wifi access point that worked was not on the list the hotel provides I had to ask for things like extra coffee supplies, and toilet paper. These were provided quickly The hotel is clean, but dowdy. While the floor is cleaned daily, there are marks on the walls which have clearly been there for months, or more likely years. The hallways and restaurant area could also do with fresh paint and more lighting. This is a decent hotel, but it could easily be changed to a very good one

It was worth my money. Nice location. Good complimentary buffet. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Looks much better in the photo on the website than in real life. Room was fairly basic but comfortable; bathroom a little too basic. Breakfast quite tasty and plentiful. Just a bit too noisy and slightly scruffy to recommend.There are plenty of other choices

To campare with the rate facilities very poor.morning breakfast ok.

There were many insects in the room. Also in the picture room size looked big but it was bit smaller. But tge food and room service was really good.

Location is good, but you get cockroaches and Mosquitos as bonus, fan and a/c are so noisy we requested for a room change they did it but we see cockroaches in that new room. I called reception asking for a mosquito coil no respone

Der Sauberkeitsgrad des Zimmers war gut. Manche Einrichtungsgegenstaende waren alt/beschaedigt. Im Bad hatte sich Schimmel an der Decke gebildet wegen zu schlechter Durchlueftung. Der Service (z.B.: Gepaeckaufbewahrung, Internet, Bereitsstellung einer Dusche nach Check-Out, Auskunft) war ausgezeichnet.

Booked there after reading review on Expedia, booking was done for executive room but i was allotted a standard room, bed size, during booking was referred as king size but it was separate single bed in the room. Food quality is worst and the room service attendant is way too arrogant. On the top none of the pizza chain delivery e.g. Dominno's, Pizza Hut delivers in this area.

Ok the staff were helpful, and the price was right. TV didn't work that well, but overall I was more than satisfied.

- Room area was smaller to use for two people and for the price paid - Saw Rats roaming amidst the plants kept in front of the reception /lounge area - Whenever we walk in Corridor or enter the Room (we'd used Rooms 123 and 221), the smell was not good - On the first day, we were told in Room service (dial 444) that the complimentary breakfast would be available up to 8, it was already 8.30 and so we hurried. But in the restaurant they told us it was up to 10, 10.30am. - TV Remote was broken and the lid for batteries was missing and was tied with a rubber band (in Room 123) - Leaky hand flush, shaky washbasin taps (in 221) - When we extended the room, I paid the rent upfront but the receipt was not given immediately despite reminding them twice in 2 hours. - Finally, when we checked out in the evening, the morning Receptionist moved out and the other guy who was there said the balance amount was already paid. When I rejected it, they called the morning guy to verify that I was true, it was embarrasing for me in front of my family and others. They could have worked much more professionally. - Wifi was claimed as free to use but we have to call them to know the user id, and give our mobile num to send pwd. We tried several times in our laptops but not once connected with the credentials they gave us - No in house restaurant, insufficient /congested parking at hotel - valet parking was not offered to us. We didnt feel its worth for the cost we paid.

Hotel is not for Business Travelers. In the amount of the money paid for room, Hotel and Services and not upto mark. Buffet Breakfast is not available.

Hotel is very good. Almost all the staffs are very friendly. Some staffs need to more customer friendly. Services need to more timely.

staff were very polite and helpful. Free wi-fi was very useful. service was quick and excellent. They accomodated early check in without any fuss. Augustine, Chennai

The hotel is nice for the price it comes at, hot water, AC, the Bathroom clean and dry, the beds welcoming... not much to complain about except the limited menu and the food offered... though its fine for a one off dinner... we were hardly in the room for long and as students found the place decently amiable. the staff is non interfering and helpful even at 3am in the morning...

Umgebung viel zu laut, Personal macht auch zu beliebiger Uhrzeit viel Lärm auf Fluren, WLAN und Service ok.
