It smells horrible inside the room.

What they show in web site, practically none. Bedsheets and towels bad. Messup hallway. No single Star value.

My family stay good talking staff is very friendly good experience my family

Not so good area to stay but as it is near by US consulate and it is just a 1 and half day to spend and additionally it has restaurant on ground floor so you do not need to go anywhere for lunch m dinner

Over all experience is ok . If you specially go for US VISA it’s near by auto’s take around 5 minutes. But area is little dirty . hotel management is average. Rooms bit smelly like a cigarette or others. Otherwise it not bad but not to good as well.

Property was ok for couple of days stay. i think the amount i paid was not worth for a the given room standard. 15 minutes from consulate for interview or dropbox. though location of hotel is not good . nothing near by. area was not good/ dirty. nothing near by for lunch/dinner . u have to depand on hotel food service only. staff was very nice . i reached early and they help accomodate us in 1 room till our checkin time.

big trash dump in front of hotel. Staff is always seeking money once they konw you are NRI!

The staff is willing to cooperate for every need of people, but it's just too new and under development. The internet is slow, and the hotel area is just horrible I wish the amenities and the staff is more up to date so people don't have to keep asking for every little thing

It was dirty and there were bugs and a very large roache in the room

We paid for triple bed and endup getting double bef with extra mattress on floor. Staff was rude and threatening us to cancel our reservation. This hotel is located in worst area (cleanliness wise).I will never book my trips with expedia.

Worst ambience and surrounding area. Felt very unsafe with family so didn’t move in at all. Staff was OK but not comfortable so took decision to find another hotel.

I stayed at hotel last week, it was great place and very convenient to stay near US Counslate . Even you can walk to US Embassy .

The property is a floor hotel. The building has 3 other hotels in the same building. The breakfast is just 2 roasts and lukewarm tea. The bathroom drains were getting clogged. There was no chair in the room. The room size and bed were good. The most repulsive sight is the front of the building. It is littered with dirt. There are no dustbins and there is no cleaning of the roads undertaken by the civic body also.

I stayed in bkc garden hotel for 1 night it's very good hotel, room was enough specious, bathroom was clean ,,staff is very friendly, management is too good, only thing is , surround area is full of garage ..rest every thing is good...USA consulate n fingerprin venue just lockated by 15 mint walk ..this is the best property of value for money

Near the USA consulate and near the airport easy for public transportation

Economical option. Walkable to consulate offices. Their service during stay was quick.

Hotel is suitable only because of its proximity to US Consulate General. Hotel is about 1 km far from consulate and rickshawala charge you Rs 30 per person. Hotel room is ok with but surrounsding area around hotel is pathetic.
