Nice rooms

Unprofessional Staff

There is a kind of interesting feel about this hotel in that it is old and reasonably maintained, the floors having many passageways and stairways, elevators and it seems that you can't go anywhere in the hotel without seeing many staff or guests, which is nice. The shower was amazing, perched so high in the air and flowing strongly. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning working. The gym is interesting, but not well maintained and there is a lack of care about it, although we used it every day. Breakfast is good, plentiful with lots of variety as well as the traditional Indian breakfast dishes. The pool on the roof is small and seems more like a fountain as it is locate right next to the rooftop bar/restaurant, so you might feel like you were swimming in a fountain. This hotel is for the older crowd, it seems, and definitely located in central Nagpur, hence its name.

Hello, Beware of the property as I was asked to pay at the hotel again even though I had already paid the Expedia App using points.

It was pleasant experience to stay in the Centre Point hotel.The quality & varieties of food items served in breakfast were amazing.

Trash burning shekoti I woo hrs drags the smoke into room, a health hazard. 110V power socket not available in room or on demand. Disappointed.

Stay was comfortable but I found Hotel is doing cost cutting by not replacing daily essential like Dental kit, soap etc still we asked them. Else breakfast and hotel staff is excellent.

The hotel needs a lot of improvement. The rooms are musty and smelly. The Air conditioning in our room was leaking and when we informed the house keeping about it, he just came and turned it off. The staff is very lazy and will not move unless you tell them you will tip them. The breakfast that they provide is really substandard. The location is the only thing that is working for them. They know that so they are not bothered about the rest of the service. All the banquets are always full and so the hotel staff does not care about anything else. For the price charged by the hotel, the service and condition of the hotel is not worth it or even recommended.

It is a great place to stay. Right in the heart of town. Everything is within reach. Area is safe to walk around at night. Hotel staff is very friendly and know their jobs. Food is hygienic and good.
