I couldn’t use hot water shower. The room was not bad. The circumstances around the hotel were not safe. It was useful to use the train. The staffs were not kind but coped with my orders. ニューデリー駅付近は治安が悪いのであまりお勧めできません。ホテル自体はシャワーが冷水だったのと鉄分たっぷりだったのが残念でした。ベッドなどは普通でした。スタッフは愛想はよくないですし、ツアーを勧めてきます。

初めてのインド旅行で利用しました。最近の外国人はニューデリー駅周辺ではなく、空港の東側、ニューデリーの南側で泊まるみたいですね。駅周辺は治安が悪いみたい。しかし、ホテルの周辺はある意味インドらしさに触れることができます。 設備は良いとは言えないが、覚悟していたのでそこまで気にならない。 フロントの対応は親切だと思います。というか、タクシー、オートリクシャーの人の対応が悪いからそう感じたのかもしれません。相対的に4の評価にしています。

ツインルームに泊まりました。場所は一本奥まっており分かりにくかったです。慣れれば駅までさほど遠くはないですが。 朝食付き(部屋で食べられました)、タオル、せっけんは付いてました。 が、連泊でしたがベットメイクはありませんでした。窓が実質ないに等しかったですが、全体的には値段相応でした。 サービスを１にしたのは予約した日付を勘違いしていたから。サマリー見せたらこっちが合っていることに納得しましたが、それまでは明日朝チェックアウトしろ！の一点張りでした。

Decent for the price. Rough neighborhood. Close to New Delhi train stn.

Really nice hotel. Close to rail station. Everyone is very helpfull. Old building but well maintained. Indian food is acailable around. Worth for money.

We booked a tour with the hotel to agra... and spent only 45 minutes at the Taj Mahal , but spended hours in the gift shops and little temples... other than that, the hotel is very noisy...

Improve room service and personal interaction with customer

Room was old dirty and run down. There was never any hot water despite us asking repeatedly. Staff were constantly pushing us to buy tours, taxis, etc. they even called our room after midnight to see if we wanted a tour the next day. As to the location it is close to New Delhi railway station which is convenient but it is in a small lane which felt dangerous and there was so much noise from the street below it was really hard to sleep. When we left they tried to overcharge us for room service.

Lençóis sujos, baratas no banheiro, chuveiro é frio e não funcionava direito, uma toalha apenas para o casal, cheiro de mofo no hotel todo, chaleira muito suja.. Não recomendo para ninguém!

Tudo de pior em apenas um lugar!! Mal cheiro, móveis velhos, ar condicionado muito sujo e fedido, apenas uma toalha por quarto, baratas no banheiro, chuveiro que não funciona, banheiro sujo, lençóis e toalhas sujas, chaleira nunca foi lavada nem limpa.. Enfim essa foi minha experiência em apenas uma noite para nunca mais voltar!!

it was a first visit in delhi. i stayed in delhi for almost 16 days with different hotels. Chand palace is situated in old delhi. I am very happy to stay here. If i will visit delhi again. I would love to stay here again.

Gud services,gud staff,clean hotel. If you are with family then dont take 2nd option. stay here as I would like to stay here again

very bad experience,water smell is very bad

Ok, ik ben geen ervaren budget hotel reiziger, maar enkele dingen zijn wel essentieel voor men van een hotel kan spreken. Warm water was er niet, de zolen van mijn witte pantoffels waren na 2 uur op de kamer rondlopen helemaal zwart. Het raam kon niet helemaal dicht en de zwerfhonden in de buurt hielden mij de hele nacht wakker. De airport pickup stond keurig op mij te wachten, maar kostte meer dan wat Er afgesproken was. Toch een positieve opmerking: de wake up call was keurig op tijd En de reservering was feilloos. Kortom: waarschijnlijk zijn er in de omgeving betere prijs/kwaliteit deals te maken.

It should be Chand Lodge. This is lodge and not an hotel in any respect. Staff works for tips, rooms are dirty. Tap water is very bad. Hotels.com should remove this kind of bad hotels from its list for bookings. All negative experience.
