スタッフはとってもフレンドリーです！部屋もキレイです！ ただ、ホットシャワーがほとんど出なかったです。。冬のこのエリアはホットシャワー必須なのでかなりツラい。 暖かい時期に宿泊するならオススメです。 ホテル前は小さなモールで食事には困らないです。

I stayed for 2 days. AC worked 1 day. Food guy charged my American friend 900 Rs for one chicken tikka in my absence. I had to fight for 500 Rs to get refund. So I wouldn't stay here again.

Les draps pas changés depuis le dernier client. Les toilette couvertes d'urine et de poils pubien, la chasse nest pas tirée: neanmoins la languette: ces toilettes ont ete desinfectée pour votre confort est bien là!! Meme trois heure à l'avance, le personel n'a pas su me commander un taxi pour l'aeroport à l'heure. Apres tout ca, le reveille à 7h30 des marteau piqueur sur le toit: personne ne me previens de ces desagrements. Lhotel est cher mal placé, sale pas acueillant, imcompetant.

It was very bad experience. there was no cleanliness in the room. Quality of food is also not good enough. I would say this hotel is pathetic. I found there was no parking facility. When i was asked about that they told me we are not able to facilitate the parking facility due parking is under construction. i had to park my car on the road.

Stay was pathetic. I clearly mentioned that m booking for a special occasion bit still the room thy gave was pathetic. AC was not working, construction was going on in the room. It was my husband's bday and thy messed up my surprise completely. Service were pathetic had to remind them for every thing water not there glass not there tea bags not there sugar not there nd what not pathetic service specially the manager who is at the reception use less don't know how to treat guests. Was my last stay would not visit again or recommend anyone

Hotel dot com should not include such a bad hotel in the booking list. This gives negative impression. I paid for AC room over 10 days stay and the hotel gave a kind of non ac room. Hotel staff looks like beggar for tips and money. All are arrogant. My advise to hotel dot com team is remove this hotel from booking list. Whoever stays in this hotel is a waste of money.

useless kitchen services, no additional blankets given. whatever advertised on net was a fake, there is no satellite tv, no safe, no tea kettle etc. the bathroom of one room given to me was literally not usable.
