ホテル クラークス

清潔なホテルでした。 多少日本語も喋れるスタッフもおり、安心して利用できました。 朝食ビュッフェは7時からで、オープン後すぐに入りましたが貸切状態でした。 喧噪と離れ落ち着いて食事ができました。

当初1泊のみの予定だったが、結局3泊した。それだけ、コストパフォーマンスに優れている。 ネット環境は快適であり、隣にショッピングモールがあるので、仕事などで籠るときにも便利。

建物は多少古かったが、清掃は行き届いていた。空港からの迎えのみあらかじめ依頼していたが、ガンジス川、その他の観光までスムーズに進めてくれたのでよかった。

Les chambres sont très vieillottes, seule la recpetion est refaite. Le lavabo de la salle de bain se vide très mal, la douche et la cuvette des WC sont bif.La salle de gym est nulle.

Worst employees like shashank who does not respond after 4-5 calls and arrogant and neither picks calls.

Pleasant stay at Clarks. Location is excellent easy reach to temples. Property is cleaned and maintained. Good breakfast menu. Staff were friendly. Will surely come back

Fridge might as well be a cupboard as it was not cold at all - pointles. I sent a message it was to use so ended up using my own data

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Clark’s. The hotel has an old world charm. The staff is very efficient and pleasant. My room was spacious but I did not care for the two single beds - I felt as if II was going to fall off the bed! That was not what I had booked. The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet and on several days breakfast was served in two different restaurants. There was live Indian classical music in one of the Restaurants. The area around the Hotel is good with a mall next door.

Friendly staff, nice accommodations, clean rooms. Water pressure for shower was very low, but it was hot which seems to be rare in India. Restaurant was nice. Walkable area so we were able to discover some local restaurants as well.

Hotel needs a lot of upgrade. It smells musty and restaurants show the age of property. Food is also very sub standard for the price. Overall Okaish

I was in this hotel last time in 1987 or 1989... It was one of the top hotels of Varanasi. This time, I found that around the lobby and restaurants were well maintained but the rooms was untouched at all. The bathrooms need some upgrades at least. Other then this the hotel was very noisy. Some of the customers were talking loud in the corridor and in my next room during the night. I could not sleep in my third night in the hotel all night .Finally I had to change my to the other side of the hotel at 05:30 AM in the morning. The front desk staff could not stop this problem even I called them at 02:00 AM in the morning.

I was in this hotel 35 years ago. It was one of the best in Varanasi in the year 1987. It seems to me they did not upgrade the rooms at all. Kept as it is. At least bathrooms must be upgraded. The main problem is the customers makes a lot of noise after midnight. One of the night I woke up at 01 AM with loudly talks in front of my room door. New arrival people were talkin in the corridor and they were not taking care of sleeping people. I have called front desk to stop this noise but it started again in the room next to our. I have talked to the guys but no result. They kept noise all night and much more at 5:30 inn the morning. No sleep at all... I had to change my room to the other side of the building at 6:00 am in the morning. I am thinking hotel authority should be able to stop the noise instead changing my room... So, this hotel was one of the best 35 years ago but I can not think to stay at this hotel any more.

Room size was OK, was serviced daily, food was OK, nothing exceptional though.
