From the moment we arrived at this hotel the staff were amazing. The reception team were so attentative and very kind towards us.The breakfast and snacks were so good,The breakfast serving team was very helpful and efficient,food was excellent.

This is an excellent value hotel in central Delhi. 5 minutes walk from Karol Bagh metro station. We cannot praise highly enough the excellent service and help from Harpreet the hotel owner and his team. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and helped with travel plans. The local area is very busy with a bustling market street 150m from the hotel. The location is good as it is a no through street and quiet outide. We did have some noisy guests during our 5 night stay who could have been quieter when coming in at 2am. The rooms are quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. If you are looking for a very good hotel in this price range, you should not be disappointed.

Expedia Group verified review

No one picked up the phone when we were at the airport to get the shuttle which was suppose to be included in our price.Eventually after 2 hours we made our way by taxi after 18hr flight. Having expressed our disappointment with that and lack of hot water, no one came back to apologise or update us even though i had told them at reception for the mgr or owner to get back to us. Very disappointing.

.i booked this hotel for a business trip, the hotel manager behaved very softly however they gave me small room initially and it was not the same as I booked, when i asked for giving me proper room as per my booking, he said ok but later when i came back from my work they stated telling me that all rooms are booked and they cant change my room now, but when i forced them they gave me another room. Breakfast arrangements were also not so good.

Took a pay on arrival option and informed timely on our delay of flight but still deducted from card. Room was not available on arrival had to stay an adjoining hotel for half a day and breakfast was on the other hotel. Very loud and noisy even reception was not courteous

We have stayed in many hotels in Karol Bagh over the past 7 years and have never really been happy. This time finding Emperor Palms we were happy with our stay. No hotel in this area will ever be perfect but Emperor Palms was close.

Accueil peu engageant ; chambre ne correspondant absolument pas à la description du site (Pas de fenetre - vendu avec fenetre dur jardin!-, odeur désagréable, peu propre, équipements électriques limites dangereux, matelas style planche de bois). Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et la reponse fut : non hotel complet ( nous avons appris lors de notre départ sue s etait faux. Un conseil : fuir cet hôtel !!

Staff isn't friendly. Room service is extremely poor. Took half n hr to deliver a bottle of water to room. As I was suffering from severe cough, i had also asked for some salt twice, which wasn't delivered. Asked for some warm water with ginger in it during breakfast which was also not provided.

Pesima experiencia Contratamos una habitacion triple que no es tal Primero tiraron colchon en piso como si uno fuese un perro, sabanas agujereadas Nadie se hace cargo de nada y paraece que el problema que cuanan ellos es siempre culpa de uno. No lo recomiendo para nada, Lo peor de nuestro viaje

Room stunk of mothballs, which were in both sinks and shower I'm assuming to keep the creepy crawlers from coming up. The blankets smelled of cigarettes too, like staying with Aunt Mildred. Awoke to the entire staff sleeping on couches and stairwells; had to wake them up to check out.
