キッチンの排気ダクトが部屋の窓の外を1階から屋上まで伸びていてこの位置にある各階の部屋は騒音でイライラする。朝6時から夜10時半まで轟音が鳴り響き、マネージャーに言うと夜10時ごろには止まるよという返事で就寝時間帯は静かになるからいいんじゃないかという感じ

ロケーションが今ひとつ。

スタッフはとても親切でエクスペディアの取り扱いも手馴れていました。 駅からも近く便利です。 しかし、部屋の清掃がへたです。

トイレの清掃がしっかりされておらず 臭いがすごかったので 日本から持っていった 洗剤をまいて臭いをけしました 連泊のためルームクリーニングが入ったのですが タオルやアメニティがありませんでした ２日目以降宿泊のミネラルウォーターは有料です（他のインドのホテルは無料でした）

駅から近く便利な場所に位置しています ホテルのスタッフは手続きに慣れています ホテルのスタッフはとても親切です ホテルのレベルに関して海外旅行に慣れていない日本人の家族の宿泊としては清潔面ではぎりぎりのラインと思われます

Hotel has been modernised, and very centrally situated in business area. Great for a day or so but rooms are a bit small for a longer stay. Restaurant meal selection is quite limited but are well priced. This is a two and a half star hotel and is good value for money, and the staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful.

Ok for 1 night stay. Room is small and beds are smaller. ....awful view outside the window....water tank and dirty surrounding...

The room and Toilet were clean.Friendly staff.The problem i felt was they charged extra for the mineral water which was in the fridge at the deluxe double room.Other than that everything was very good.

Good hotel, good location. We didn't have breakfast. It was clean and comfortable, for a budget hotel it was good.

Good hotel, near to the train station and the ferry jetty. Good restaurant.

The only plus point is very near to Ernakulam Railway Station.Buffet breakfast for Rs 140 is useless.Not too many varieties.It is better to search for food in nearby hotels.I never seen a Registration form like that anywhere in the world.They are asking question in the format like this who are staying with you? Name of the accompany guest and relationship with accompanying guest. THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW OF THE LAND. THR HOTEL HAS TO CHANGE THE FORMAT.OTHERWISE SOMEONE CAN RIGHT TO SUE THE HOTEL. THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT IS FAST. ROOM IS AVETAGE. THEY PUT BIG DOG IN THE BACK SIDE. IT IS BARKING ALL THE TIMES.

Stay was good. The only thing which was not okay was the smell of paint from the room that I was staying. It was a slight discomfirt , overall experience was good.

靠近Ernakulam Junction火車站，房間乾淨，整體CP值高。浴室有熱水，非常熱，有水桶及固定式蓮蓬頭，很方便。一月入住風扇房，晚上睡覺要蓋被單，會冷，飯店有提供。剛抵達印度，或是要轉搭火車的旅客，可以在此住一晚。

Hotel Excellency is a hotel ideally located for a trip to Cochin. It is just off MG road. The management is extremely professional. The rooms are clean and very well maintained. The best thing about the hotel is its service. The promptness with which they responded to each and every request was indeed commendable. There was assistance within minutes of making a phone call for whatever you need. It is a wonderful choice if you are looking for fantastic service at good rates.

I stayed at this hotel on 28th,November to 29th, November, 2014. This is most reasonably priced hotel in Ernakulam, having all required facilities for the customer care with decent staff & proper service.What else a person requires.I liked the hotel and will again stay there in my next visit.

i had been to excellency in march 2014 for family vacation, though we had clearly book 2 adult + 1 child,and also paid extra accordingly--but the room offered to us was too small, and it was hard to accommodate four peace of luggage, --hardly space left to move around..Then there is no space for extra bed --even though it was not high season- the staff hardly care to ask for a proper spacious family room ..had to crumble on the so called big bed- in small room- with my child fighting for space to sleep properly ..if you exhaust of all the nearby option- then only think..May be good for business travel but not for family comfort..
