ホテルの場所が、地図上で違うところを示している。 コンノートプレイスだと思って予約したら、ニューデリー駅前だった。

We got late to the property late night. They made us wait for more than 40 min to just check us in, as the room was still getting cleaned. The Manish front desk guy was shouting at 3 people to get the cleaning done. Eventhough it was well past check-in time, room was not cleaned up. Manish deliberately tried to slow down the process of checkin, so that they get time for cleaning. We were 4 ppl and we had booked the room with bunk bed. We were only provided a room with kind bed. They did offer to put another cot, but there was no space at all, so we declined. Morning at 9, they offered the bunk bed room, but it was only 3 more hours to check out, so we declined. AC was not operating, though it was AC room. Breakfast was there and resturant sevice was ok..but I will avoid this place next time. I will suggest you do the same. I already requested refund for the mismanagment, and still to hear from hotels.com

The linen and all the amenities in the room was not clean. Even room doesn't have a proper ventilation. Additionally, to my surprise the room photos I have seen in the hotel website and the present room condition was totally different. I had a terrible stay. Doesn't worth the money. I regretted booking three rooms for my friends.

I never stayed. When I arrived. They told me they don't accepted the rate abdcthey have bo rooms. And they will pay me back.I never received any money from them.I had to find another hotel?. No I am still travelling when I go back to UK I will contact you.

Avoid this place. It’s hard to find and situated in a ghetto. Even autos refused to go to area saying it’s unsafe and it’s no way close to airport as claimed. The rooms are nasty smelly and full of insects. I gave up my booking money and left as soon as I saw the room; the staff then insisted they would have given a better room. The staff is friendly and nice but better to sleep on the street than here. There are a million properties in the nearby area but my feeling is they are all pretty much same standard and better to avoid.

This is the worst hotel I've been in. Everything was dirty: seat of batroom, sheets of the bed, pillows. The hotel change name and Im doubting really about the nice comment they have. We sleept one night, because we arrive at midnings and we left early in the morning without taking shower.

We were unable to find this hotel even with help of Taxi drivers and locals. Tourist Information advised it might be a non-existent hotel with fake reviews.

Les draps étaient sales, la salle de bains très sale, wifi non fonctionnel. nous avons quitté l’hotel avant la fin de notre séjour.

Room had bugs in the living area. Had to get them to spray out several times. Window in the room was not secure. Someone could have easy access to the location without me knowing. Phone was dirty. Needed cleaning. Overall, disappointed and not what I expected.

Bildene lyver. Det er skitent, sengtøyet var langt fra rent. Området utenfor er ikke en plass man ønsker å bevege seg i etter mørkets frambrudd. Vi sjekket inn og ut nesten samtidig.

I would not advise anyone to book this property , property doesn’t have name board outside you need keep searching in very Nettie streets and it’s condition is pathatic , blanket are not washed and rooms are terrible condition, and staff behaves as though they are operating 5str hotel, no courtesy to check customers booking, assigns rooms based there convenience, , I would not suggest to book this until unless you won’t find anything else, there are lot good hotels in this area in half of the price and better condition

Hotel Excellency was excellent services & excellent location. Hotel Excellency was clean & family hotel. Near new Delhi Railway station.

I can’t say enough good about this property. Everything, from the room to the complementary breakfast was just perfect. The staff was also attentive and kind. Hotel location was excellent.

Excellent hotel service and very good food service

Room was excellent. And Service was good. Though a major street ran in front of hotel, room was quiet. Breakfast had few choices but it was actually tasty. Hotel is just a few minute taxi ride from New Delhi Railway station, probably biggest plus for hotel. One negative. Somebody rang my doorbell in the wee hours of the night.
