Hotel needs an upgrade. I understand that it’s noisy and dirty in India but I shouldn’t be hearing that constant noise in my room (btw, the hotel is located in the residential area).

The hotel and its location is really good , plus the rooms are nice clean and well kept Having stayed at other hotels I will recommend these one by far Food is good but it’s a shame , like all other hotels in Vadodara don’t serve local Gujarati cuisine , why is the question that needs to be explained The other thing nice about the express residency is that you can open the window and there’s very little noise thus you can sit quietly in room and enjoy fresh air Thus I have booked a further 2 weeks until I depart

Didn't allow early check-in and also stomach upset due to dinner.

I was tricked into booking this room because on Expedia this hotel room was shown with a balcony, which i wanted, but in reality when i reached the hotel thi room had no balcony at all.

Entrance was very challenging due to ongoing construction.

My booking was for 3 nights and while booking I opted for the “signature suite”. On checkin I was given a room which had a living room space and a bedroom - typical of what is expected as a suite. But next day the hotel called and pushed me out to a studio room arguing that my booking was for a studio suite!! Booking description never had anything as studio suite. Toiletries in the room were poor quality and cheap and cleanliness was compromised too

Pros : good location and good on site restaurants Cons: very old property.. I stayed in renovated wing but the a/c was very weak .. renovated 4 th floor has no water pressure even in bidet. Hot water doesn’t come quickly and pressure is so low that you won’t feel good about taking shower I paid top notch price of the area but experience was not worth the price I would not stay there again

The Hotel surprisingly does not have a ramp for wheelchair users and one has to take a few steps to get in. Even the railing for these steps is not proper, making it very difficult for seniors and physically challanged people to get in or out. Secondly, the parking in the premises is very limited and can accomodate only a few cars. If there is no space, one has to park the car in the street. This can of course be done by the security personnel of the Hotel. Thirdly, when we checked in the Hotel (Room No. 308), there was some drilling and similar repairing work going on at the fourth floor, making lot of noise. Despite our having complaint to the Receptionist for this and despite she having agreed to ensure that they stop making such noise in the afternoon hours on that day, the work and the irritating noise continued for next more than two hours. Barring the above, the Hotel is good. The staff is cooperative and we do not have any other complaint.

Rooms are big and spacious. Some issues with bathroom and room electrical facilities. Food quality is ok but over priced.

It was a pleasing experience. Room was small.. Clean. Good Breakfast options.

Good hotel in the area. WiFi was terrible. One had to renew past word everyday- our holiday was for 5 days. Also we couldn’t get WiFi in the room Unless we came into the corridor. Lost vital business because of internet problems. Food was good and reasonable.

Room service food was not good

Old hotel so expect ok service. Rooms are spacious and comfortable but have old look. Such as AC don't have temperature control or auto switch off . Room service needs to improve. Breakfast restaurant need more hands, only one person managing everyone. All in all not great experience but no complaints. I can stay again in given price.

Really nice rooms, we had booked three, got complimentary upgrades, and amazing breakfast. Fantastic stay!

The Hotel room was clean and comfortable, the staff was polite, particularly the Restaurant staff namely Ravi were excellent. The location though central and quiet, the property is located in a by-lane and a little difficult to locate.
