チェックイン時に支払い済みだったにも関わらず3500ルピーを請求された．深夜到着で他のホテルを探すのも大変だったのでとりあえず支払った．帰国したらエクスペディア事務局に確認しようと思う． 結論から言うのであれば，同じ値段でももっと良いホテルがあるので，他を当たった方が良い．連泊など考えない方が良い． 部屋　狭い，汚い，臭い． シャワー　壊れており，蛇口から汚いバケツに汲んで行水した． お湯はでない．全くの水ではないとホテルは主張するだろうが，水に近いと考えて良い．温度としては体温よりもはるかに冷たい． 朝食の説明は無かった．おそらく用意していないのだろう．

マリンドライブまで歩いて５－１０分で行ける利便性がよかったっです。ホテル内のあちこちが修理中で、接着剤の匂いとかがちょっと鼻をつきました。また、ホテルの最上階にあるレストランは、雑多なものが置いてあって、ちょっと汚かったです。

鉄道駅や食べ物やさんからは近いので便利。 朝食は屋上のテラスでとった。 清潔度が劣るのと、レセプションの人はあまり親切な印象を受けなかった。

Ok. Tiny room but only me so it was ok.

The property is close to metro station and you can easily get transport to tourist places. But that's the only perks of this place. The rooms are super small and the cleanliness is just for the sake. The staff is helpful (the hotel cleaning staff) but the staff at reception is as much rude and unprofessional. If your only aim is to doze off and freshen up then this is fine.

The first room showed to us was full of flies , requested to be moved to another room was told no rooms available spoke to the manager was told would take about half an hour we’re in a hurry so left it to the manager came back from the match at about midnight went to the room no where to hang the clothes or towel was no windows in the room , won’t be recommending to friends or family.

I arrived at midnight in December of 2019 for a one night stay. I'm a white male in my 40s. I just wanted clean sheets and a hot shower for $45 a night. I wasn't expecting a high end hotel service. I just want a quiet clean room to sleep for one night. I did not like the front desk guy asking me so many weird personal questions at the hotel to check in. Room is small of course. No windows. He put me in the ground floor very close to the front desk. I was awakened at 3 am and 4 am due to various activity and sliding wheels and conversation at the front desk. I put on some pants and a shirt and opened my door to see why so much activity at 4 am???!!!!! HOTEL STAFF NEEDS TO BE QUIET! Try not to stay on the 1st floor at all! The hotel is easy enough to find, it's walking distance (about 15 minutes) from central station (main metro station) I wasn't expecting a lot, but I would not stay here again. The front desk staff has to know you can hear every sound coming from them. WHY SO MUCH ACTIVITY AT 4 AM?????

Very small rooms and lot of maquitos. Did not find the worth the money. Looks like 1.5 star

Very small room with no windows. Listing said fridge but none provided. Not hot water for shower. Roomely too small for 2 people. Staff nice however and breakfast was good.

charged us 2500RS for airport transfer which should of cost 750RS. room was disgusting with a leaking toilet and damp smell.

Hotel was in excellent location Staff was very helpful and friendly Rooms need help, depressing, little space and dingy It wasn’t worth the money

Rooms are fine, quite, clean, food is good, staff is good. Not sure about car parking. Overall experience is good.

Good location, marina drive around the corner and gateway of india about 30 min walk. Hotel service was good and the included breakfast was nice. Hotel and rooms need renovating, but AC and TV was included.

At check out I was told that credit card swipe machine was not available as it was a Sunday.I had to catch a flight & had to run around to ATMs to withdraw cash to pay to the Hotel. Horrifying experience.

My check in was not all that pleasant, the room I booked wasn't available. Only a much smaller was offered. The staff was polite enough to offer for rooms in alternative hotels. At the end went for the smaller room. It was clean and well maintained. The staff were polite and hosted very well. At the end, all was good and i checked out as a happy customer

NOT SO GOOD.

I didn't get to stay at Hotel Fortune as when I arrived, I was told there was no room for me. Even though I had booked and paid for it in September. Shocking customer service.

Not at all happy.no option in Berkfast.wifi not working,room not given as promised while booking,food was horrible.2nd day cable was down,ac was not working.only thing gud bout d hotel was location.easy to reach, as transport connectivity was very Gud.

Rooms were ok in size. Bathrooms were terrible. Toilet seat was broken.

Enkel og grei frokost. Fint og romslig rom, men badet hadde trengt en oppgradering. Beliggenheten er fin, men relativt kort avstand til det meste! Internett på rommet fungerte dårlig for vår del, men fungerte fint i resepsjonen. Vi fikk oppbevare bagasjen vår på hotellet i over 12 timer etter vi hadde sjekket ut, pluss i boka får det!
