安くて、部屋もまずまず、親切なスタッフの対応、ガンジス川にも徒歩圏内。機会があればまた利用したい所です。

this hotel's staff is all kind very much. they can arrange exchange, tickets and so on. i recommend this hotel to everyone.

Average hotel. Accessibility is poor but not impossible. Lots of steps. Tv had not many channels. Wifi is limited. Service was ok

It was very clean for a three star Hotel, the shower and everything else worked and the staff was very kind. The rooms ar not very well insulated though, it was quite loud bc of people on the floor or other rooms close by

In room there is no windows. Always lac of light and fresh air.

The hotel is good and the location is quite comfortable. Maybe I was just lucky but the first rikshaw I picked at railway station knew the hotel and took me right there! Rooms are clean, AC works perfectly and Wi-Fi also.

Most of the hotels and/or hostels in this area leave much to be desired and this was probably no better than average. However, even at that the room was below average. The fan and air conditioner both need upgrading and the cover felt as though it had not been washed in years. We had to ask for an extra sheet for between our bodies and the cover. The minimal level of comfort for any hotel in Varanasi should be a clean, soft bed, clean room with hot water, and a fan and air conditioner that are in excellent working condition.

Room was nice and clean. Internet and hot water don't work half of the time and the tv never. Staff was ok, but the manager was very rude and unfriendly. Worst management i have ever seen after 6 month traveling in india.

Plus à classer en guesthouse qu'en hôtel. Restaurant qui manque de tout. Service lent où on vous donne un demi verre de jus en vous disant que c'est tout ce qui restait. Connexion internet une fois sur deux.

Among several hotels I have stayed in during four visits to Varanasi (last year and this year) and several others I have looked at but not stayed in, Hotel Ganesha was the closest to matching between the cost and value of the room. When I mentioned to my friends who have resided in Varanasi for many years what I payed for this room, they were skeptical, claiming that I could probably find the same standard for half as much, however in my experience this hotel was certainly quite good compared to the others I've experienced in Varanasi. The room was exactly as pictured online, was very clean, and there was backup power. The only minor snag was that for some reason for the second night of my stay the email they received showed it as a standard room, whereas I had re-booked the exact same 'super deluxe' room as the first night, and I showed them my voucher on my laptop to prove it and thought the matter was settled, but when I was checking out there was some additional charge listed and I had to again remind them of the discrepancy. Other than that everything was good and this was a comfortable and convenient base for my memorable visit to Varanasi.

Helt OK hotell, väldigt nära ner till Ganges och trapporna. Ganska lyhört dock, man hörde de andra hotellgästerna väldigt tydligt.
