Room didn't have enough beds to accommodate 3 people though they took booking. In spite of hotel management awareness that, there is a water dropping in washroom exactly on latrine tub, they neglected and neither changed room nor gave any discount for adjusting with such horrible experience. No curtain for bath tub shower causing water spreading all around bath tub creating scary feeling of slipping in the washroom with elderly parents (82 and 76). Far from temple causing one way cost of Rs. 100 cost us additional Rs. 800 for visiting Temple 4 times in 2 night stay. Staff was attentive e.g. had to run to ask to start hot water at 5.00 am to take shower to attain "Mangla" darshan at 6.00 am on 1st morning. Cannot recommend anyone.

Very well maintained property. Clean and cozy rooms and good service.

Not a good experience. 1) No Room Heaters/Central Air Conditioning. With temperatures dipping to single digits, it was quite uncomfortable for my old parents during night. 2) Pretty much no option in Breakfast. 3) Distance to Main Nathdwara temple from Hotel is 3kms, not 1 km as they had mentioned online

We visit Nathdwara every year in January/february time for Shrinathji darshan and this was out 5th or 6th stay at this hotel. We like this hotel because it is out of the town and yet close to the temple. The rooms are good and the staff is very friendly and service oriented. The hotel also offers shuttle to and fro for temple darshan. The food is cooked to your taste and they cook only after you order so it is fresh and hot. Overall, this hotel is provides an excellent value for money.

Hotel Located on Highway, no proper parking. We had parked our car at front of the hotel in open space( in rainy season car became dirty and very hot in sunlight). Rooms are average. Air condition machine was noisy, machine has not controlling knobs, simply switch on / off from power supply board ? Bathroom was type of very awkward fittings like - shower was not working - WC fitted very high, one could feel awkward sitting on !! drainage was not proper that bathroom become wet for very long time after every use.
