施設は清潔とはいえませんでした。ゴキブリが2、3匹出ました。また、外の騒音も気になると思います。スタッフは深夜に着いたにも関わらず、ホテルに入れてくれました。感謝しています。

ホテルは静かで設備も良い。しかし、空港送迎を申し込んだが、これは全くダメ。申込時は、「OK]とのことだったが、いざ空港に着いてみると、「タクシーで来い」と言ってきた。ピックアップは、申し込んではいけない。

とてもよい。サービスも充実していた。

マネージャー、スタッフのホスピタリティが良かった。部屋も少し古いけど広くてクリーン。バザールから少し入ってるので静かで過ごし易い。駅にも近くて便利。最初はちょっと見つけ難いかも？

The service was okay and bed were okay otherwise there was lot to improve upon in the hotel. The chair provided was very dirty and had white spots of dirt over it. The washroom was very small and the ceiling had fungus grown over it which was covered with a glossy paper. The space was very less for a room and washroom. The sanitary wares were old and pipes and fittings rusted. The only good thing was service. They woke up and put on the geyser at 4:30 AM in the morning because I had to leave early but there should had been good ways to supply hot water than to request for it at odd hours when needed. The surroundings are really pathetic and congested.

Отель находится прямо на Майн Базаре. Расположен немного внутри. Сложно найти. Отопления в отеле нет. На улице вечером +7. Но в отеле холодно вмегда. Даже когда на улице +22. За три дня не убирали ни разу. Сначало дали обшарпаную комнату, замок не открывался. На след день поменяли. Вторая была именно как на фото. Более приличная. Провести ночь или две возможно а больше лучше брать с отоплением

The hotel is a nice place to stay. I viewed two rooms here on checking in. One was shabby and the second was much like the photo displayed. On arrival, I was handed a phone by one of the staff who had contacted a local charlaten to guide me on tours. This behaviour upset me as I wanted to relax in the hotel. After explaining that tourists don't want to be hassled, the harassment ceased. I would recommend this hotel pending that the staff have maintained visitors privacy.

The room and hotel are very safe and very good. Hotel manager Mehbub is very helpful and nice person. This is a family hotel and families can stay here safely. Many tourist family stay here.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Expedia should not launch this one. As I was supposed to reach Delhi at midnight with my family, I choose this one to get free Airport pick up. When I booked I request them and they reply me on it positively. Absolutely, they forget and did not come even I call them 2/3 times. I reach that hotel by myself with family at 4:15 am. Whole room and toilet was in very bad smell, equipment was dirty, aircon did not work, Stairs of that building was broken which can made any accident specially for my kid. It was situated in a very dirty narrow place where no Auto rickshaw can even enter. I suffered with my luggage a lot.

We arrived 8 hours before our due check in, mehbub (manager) pintu and vikas waivered the extra day, sound of them! Room was our safe space! Great WiFi!

It was not good at all. The hotel staff of glow in are not cooperative and service is very poor. As per the amenities the room rate should not be more than Rs.1500 per day. For a few hour delay in checking out on 19.11.2018, hotel management had charged me Rs.2200/- whereas before my checking out one member was in que to book the room.Also, before by checking out the room hotel management were showing the room to next person in presence of my family. It was requested to the management that make a concession in place of full charges as other member is in line to book the room from the same day however not listen at all.

Hôtel pas mal, bon rapport qualité prix. Leurs agence de voyage un peu escroc sur les bords pour être gentil.

Compare of price its ok but its very terrible to stay inside ac need to say every time to open because its control by ground floor
