Conveniently located and facilities are clean.But the cleaning staff is sloppy and did not to do what we asked them to do.

部屋は広いですが、綺麗とは程遠いです。 ムンバイはホテル料金が高く、ここも料金と質が全く釣り合っていません。 観光の為の宿泊なら、もう少し出して欧米系のホテルに宿泊した方がいいと思います。

The friendliest, most helpful hotel (Mr. Kiran and the entire staff) in a prime location just around the corner from Causeway, yet quiet. The rooftop restaurant offers a beautiful view, and many rooms also have large windows overlooking the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, which is just a short walk away.First Choice!

Great location. Convenient for many of the Mumbai tourist spots. Staff were courteous and helpful. Hotel is clean and our room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel is slightly dated. The roof top bar choices were limited but the view makes up for that. Good choices for breakfast and served between 7.30 and 10.30 which is useful.

All hotel staff is beggar asking for money they are looters hotel is 3rd class never recommended to anyone

What stood out for us was the friendliness of all of the staff especially Narindar and Kiran being especially helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Room is ok, furniture dated, mosquitos at night… Otgerwise fine location and staff!!!

I don’t know why this hotel had previously bad reviews: ok, the furniture has the style of the 80ies of last century, but the staff is really nice, friendly and helpful. The rooftop-bar has a stunning view and the location is absolutely fabulous and quiet! So if you are not an interior-design-addicted, you certainly will feel well in this nice hotel.

Alle giver dig en super service lige fra man ankommer til man går. Lånte endda kontanter i reception til betaling af taxaen og kunne betale tilbage senere. Hotellet er generelt pænt, men vores værelse var noget slidt, dog var det rent og komfortabelt, så det var fint at være der. Hotellet ligger tæt på mange kunstgallerier og i en del af byen, hvor vi følte vi kunne gå rundt selv. Hotellet har deres egen resturant på deres tagterrasse, som giver en god udsigt over byen og som serverer rigtig god mad.

The hotel is a three star hotel and lived up to that rating. Staff try hard but often you need to ask for something that should already be provided. Nonetheless, a comfortable few days in a very convenient location.

I have stayed in the Colaba area many times in the past 25 years and understand India standards vastly in many cities,have always heard of Godwin and it being popular in the area so decided to give it a try,it wasnt that it was cheaper or only place available. The service from staff are beyond hospitable,good bunch of people. The manager on duty was very understanding so were the other staff there. However there has been little to no maintenance to this hotel,if youre going to be making money from something,please make sure you spend to maintain it. Picture of tub is room 1 apparently it was a suite The rest of pics were the second room. Colaba in the Gateway vicinity ask a premium over what you can get in many places in Mumbhai but for convenience its worth the premium as long as it can be clean and neat. I checked out on the notion i will lose all my money,at that point i did not care,i was not going to be staying there,it was a 5 night booking which i commend the hotel and hotels.com for refunding me about 80% of the fees. Hence why its best to deal with these type of apps then to book directly, its safer in many ways unless you know exactly where you will be staying.

While the building has a bit of patina it does have charm. The staff makes one feel welcome. I prefer it to international style hotels where you could anywhere rather than somewhere. I felt somewhere.
