The Hotel is quite dated which includes the room and decor. Bearing in mind the price we were not expecting anything spectacular, but the basics inc hot water and an actual fold out bed rather than a badly stained matress on the floor. Ruby on reception was as helpful and understanding as she could possibly be. Breakfast was cold.

No car was at the airport for pickup. I had to pay for the return pick up and then the driver asked for more money. I also paid fully for the first pick up when it was included in the rate. Some staff were very friendly others and one senior reception staff member was very unhelpful and quite rude. I only received the room I booked after refusing the first I was taken to.

Good budget hotel. Simple and clean. No desk to get work done but I made do with putting my suitcase on the coffee table and using that as a desk. Restaurant service was poor at best. Had to ask for clean placemats on several visits with guests.
