鉄道チケットの手配を依頼したが、受取の時間にカウンターに行ったら取れてなかった。電車の時間ギリギリに手配が完了し受け取ったが、1日自由時間が潰れた。

The service was good. There were problems with cockroaches and bugs in bathroom and bedroom. The hot water was not always hot for the shower. Please know it is not visible from the main road. It’s down an alleyway. They will provide a boat ride down the Ganges apart from the package they try to sell you.

Very nice hotel. Great location. The room we stayed in was fantastic and the food in the hotel was really good.

Rooftop restaurant has great food and lovely staff. Front counter staff are efficient. Rooms are spacious and clean. Linens are a bit dreary, especially duvets and pillows, but comfortable and top layer is clean. Quiet, cemtral and safe location. Would stay again

It was a very good experience staying at Hotel Heritage inn. We (me and my wife) enjoyed our stay at Hotel Heritage inn. The overall services and facilities are very good. The location of the hotel is not very good. Also the hotel needs to improve the menu in food options. The service staffs of the restaurant has to be more active. Need to add more food options in the food menu. Overall it was good experience. We wish Hotel Heritage inn all the best and all the success.

I'll be honest. The hotel is in a really noise place in the old part of Varanasi. If that doesn't bother you than it's probably the best option in that area.

We stayed for 4 nights at Hotel Heritage Inn with a family of 4 (2 boys aged 9 and 7). Overall the hotel is OK and good value as it’s not directly on the Ghats. First thing to be aware of is that the hotel is just off the main road which means taxis cannot reach the front door Secondly the hotel does not have a lift. The staff were very helpful in carrying heavy bags (25kg plus) up 3 floors but bear in mind the restaurant is on the top floor The hotel also offers tours and boat rides which we found enjoyable. Manu our tour guide spoke good English and was knowledgeable The buffet breakfast was ordinary but meals ordered at other times were of a very good standard So overall a good value hotel within 5 minutes of the nearest Ghat

It was hard to search for hotels in Varanasi because there are so many small hotels, but this hotel is a true gem located in the perfect location to the Assi Ghat. Next to the best places for food like the apple pie and pizza restaurant near the hotel. But most important the service from the hotel is just amazing. India can be a hard place to navigate but the hotel drivers and tour guides make you feel safe and well taken care of. This hotel is a must stay if you are visiting the Varanasi area

All is well So, I booked my airport shuttle with them but they didn’t come to pickup me on my time .I was wait outside the airport around less than 1 hour .After that I called to hotel then they booked for me another taxi from the airport.Please don’t do trip Package for Varanasi with them Such as all the ghats by boat .They charge too much.if you go to ask to boat man then it is very cheaper than package with hotel.

Very good place. Location is very near to Assi ghat. Hotel is new, neat and clean. Staff is very friendly. I will stay again next time.

This hotel was close to Assi Ghat and convenient for getting around varanasi. Aside from this, it was not worth what we paid and was a frustrating disappointment. The AC and wifi barely worked. The staff's explanation was that the city power was out and that the AC won't run on their generator. The rest of the city seemed to be on power though for the 5 days we were there - just the hotel seemed out. The ac also did not work well when on city power. The staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful. The restaurant was ok until we saw a mouse on the breakfast buffet table where there was open food. All around a terrible stay - have stayed in nicer hostels in India with better service and amenities.

Das war nicht eins der besseren Hotels auf unserer Indien Rundreise. Durchs Treppenhaus wurde die Baustelle für den Anbau angeliefert. (kein Aufzug im Haus) Wir haben den Eindruck, in der Beschreibung werden die Hotels und Zimmer immer "schön" fotografiert.

The reason I gave this hotel a "1" for service is that we had reserved the room ahead of time through Hotels.com but they gave our room away before we got there. We did not arrive especially late, either--around 8:00 pm. But the manager asked, upon our arrival: was your plane later? No it was not but he gave the room away anyway. Make sure you put a deposit on the room if you reserve it to make sure you have the room when you get there. He put us up in a "sister hotel" but it was a terrible room with a hard bed and malfunctioning AC and fan; and was dingy and dirty.

It was cheap & convenient because my friends stayed nearby but not the best Hotel I have stayed in. It could be so much better but the Hotel owner/designer is completely misinformed; keep it simple & get the basics right. It's a rubbish stinky location but then most of Varanasi is like that. The staff are excellent though & very hard working.

We had a great time at the hotel. The staff was very friendly taking care of our needs. The food was great and the rooms are great with ambient lights. Nearby ganges river is there and the hotel provides boat tours at ganges and temple. The boatman we had was very friendly and made our trip to ganges memorable. The rooftop restaurant is a bit hot in summer bur seatings near Air conditioning makes it comfortable. Great food is serve and is value for money. Loved the hotel staff very much for their amazing service.

Erst nach Monierung haben wir ein gutes Zimmer erhalten.

Hotel located in congested Lane & showed room with a city view whereas our Room facing a new constructed building, no space for extra bed, horrible breakfast, more charges for arranged transport & to get food/breakfast climb five floors. Writing specifically on media about your site's misleading information causing lots of inconvenience for we Sr Citizens

Check in time was 11:30. We reached hotel at 2:00 P.M. But room was not ready, even we call hotel from train that we are coming. We found room at 3:00p.m. Hotel staff was not aware that which kind of room we booked. It was not priceworthy. All services are bed. room was smelling.
