Stayed for 3 nights with breakfast included. The employees were kind and the food was extremely delicious. There was a bit of a smell in the shower and toilet, but it wasn't as bad as the complaints and it was a comfortable stay overall. I would like to eat at the restaurant again.

Hyderabad Grand is a great hotel, clean and convenient. Loved their breakfast and staff service including the car I booked. The bathroom fixtures need some fixing!

The area around the property is not good and has a drain that smells. Walking around is not possible. There are flies in the restaurant maybe due drain nearby. The property is next to highway and soundproofing is poor. The staff is excellent and responsive.

The rooms were very clean and staff friendly. The place is right next to a major highway so it is noisy 24/7. The attached restaurant’s food was about average at best.

Construction was going on access to hotel with luggage was a hassle

Excellent the staff service in the room. The worst and dangerous thing is the lack of cleanliness in the dining room and kitchen. People touching the food with their hands contaminating everything, very dirty kitchen. On the other hand, the food is good, but you run the risk of getting an intoxication. Thank you for the Gym room, but another danger to personal health. Zero ventilation, no fan to recycle air room, the windows cannot be opened, there is no cleaning (for four days the same empty bottles there, dirty towel and hotel slippers), in short they do not disinfect anything. The best is the staff, rooms and restaurant, always waiting help. They look tired because they work long hours day and possibly 7/7 week. I don't know if I would go back, but there is no other better option at the moment. I hope they improve with the cleaning issue, it would be a great step. Thank you.

Not well maintained. Bathroom very very small, when you open the door you have to squeeze and angulate your body to enter. Water running out of the shower stall. Only 1 bath towel provided initially, had to request for more. The dining area smells musty, the table cloths were sticky and unclean, food crumbs on the seat that were asked to be cleaned before seating. At dinner, service was very slow. Had to wait for 30 mins to get our order. Overall rating is below average. Would not recommend to anyone.

Staff was very nice and extremely hardworking. They are trying really to make your stay as good as it could be. Facilities (room equipment) is slightly older, upgrade would be welcomed. Generally it is clean hotel, just next to it is SPA and some local coffee (quite good). I used it for just 2 nights for business trip, I need this location. Around is almost nothing non-indian, so it was good local experience. Close to airport
