Room was dirty. It was not a 3 star hotel .It is a normal hotel.Location is nice.Room facility just ok.Hot water all time not available.Intercom was not working.

Toilets are unclean, bed linen also not clean. Hotel surrounding lot of garbage. Location is very good. Staff is cooperative.

Helt ok hotell för det priset. Genuin och smaklig indisk mat. Badrummet lite ofräscht.

Budget hotel, can not expect luxury but serve the purpose. Location and view is excellent .

Good location near the bus station but not a good hotel. Feels like a dharamshala

PLEASE CHECK THE ROOM BEFORE YOU ACTUALLY CHECK IN. MOST OF THE ROOMS ARE NOT CLEAN AND DEVOID OF VENTILATION.

Very good and peaceful hotel with good staff

Visited for two days. Unclean room and bad service. If wish I should not have paid for it before and would have chose some other hotel. A strong "not recommended"

NOT GOOD EXPERIENCE .. 3RD CLASS HOTEL .. 3RD CLASS SERVICE .. NEXT TIME NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL ..

Experience was satisfactory. Not too good. Hotel staff was not co-operative, Also they have shortage of pantry boys, food & drinking water. They can make it better for the guests to stay therein. On phone i requested them to allow us to check in before 12 noon say 10 am. They were pretty much agree on it. But the moment we enter the hotel, they rejected by saying that they have no vacant rooms so far. Its better if they stay on what they said. At the end, I want to write it here that they need improvement in almost every criteria.

Not satisfied

I stayed here in the month of 20th May for one day, most of time were consumed in Yatra, but remaining time was good because of its location, comfort and good behaviour of staff n owner of the Hotel.

regarding experience i wont advice anybody to stay over here

I was told by the executive that this Hotel provides a Three Star Comfort but my experience says that hotel was as poor as Dharamshala.Thier was no hot water in the rooms,Resturant people cant give the services in the room beacuse they are busy in washing cars and cleaning.My very first ecperience with Hotel.com was pretty Bad.I was feeling as cheated by you people.Atleast i cant complain the things to anybody but after this experience i will not recomend Hotel.com to anybody.I dont know wether my feedback will be taken into consideration or not but i would recomend you people to atleast visit yourself once and take the experience.
