Room was old, no widow view, a bit dirty and no hot water shower. Hotel location area was very noisy and also next to airport but the front man says no shuttle service. Only Indian style Breakfast was not bad. Anyway I never stay in this area again.

Very nice and helpful checkin staff. Breakfast crew nice, and a good selection of meals. Nice big room -- excellent hot water. If you're ok with it -- you can walk from the hotel to the subway station (one stop to the airport). You could also get a tuk tuk for about 100 rupees. Ticket to the airport is 21irp. I didn't try the restaurants in the area. Not a place for shopping or sightseeing at all -- but that wasn't my goal. Very bustling and crazy once leaving the hotel.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner was great. Fresh and delicious food. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Checkin checkout was smooth. We had a comfortable stay. There was no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. But from hotel to airport the reception staff arranged a cab.

Nice big room in good condition. Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom but no hot water (but it didn't matter). Good choice for breakfast. Very good communication about the airport pickup (note, it's not free) Great staff

This is a 1-2 star. The room smelled, and the air conditioning also smelled. The bathroom was dirty and had stains everywhere. I was shocked because of the other reviews I read. This hotel needs a lot of work.

It was ok for a stay for few hrs to be honest, dont expect to get a 4 stars above treatment. Staff was helpful, they came to pick our luggage up even at 3:00 am in the morning outside the hotel, which was very good. Room was ok, basic - nothing fancy. Good for staying for few hrs. Morning breakfast was good i would say, it was lovely to have that after a long flight. Outer appearance is kinda run down but overall the stay was satisfactory for few hrs.

The staff were very courteous however the room was dirty (marks on sheets and sticky floor) and dusty everywhere.

Clean room, friendly and courteous staff. Took a star off as response was a bit slow when we requested extra towel and had to ask three times with Grace given overnight before we got it next morning. Also, toilet was leaking and when fixed worked for a short time before leaking again. Proximate to airport and there ia a restaurant in house which we did not have opportunity to try.

Flughafentransfer haben wir selber gebucht. Personal war soweit nett. Die Rezeption hatte ein riesiges Durcheinander mit unserer Buchung. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und alles im Voraus bezahlt, war aber schwierig bis die Rezeption alles abgeklärt hatte. Das Essen ist hauptsächlich für Indische Gäste. Wir haben ein ruhiges Zimmer gewünscht und ein Zimmer direkt an der Strasse und beim Fahrstuhl bekommen. Das Wasser zum Duschen war kalt. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

The property was clean,close to the hotel.the only issue we had that the staff was not propery notified of our package inclusion,they picked us up from airport and wanted to charge us for the pick up shuttle also the breakfast in the morning they also wanted to charge when I showed them my paperwork my expedia which showed that breakfast was included and one way transfer from airport was included then they agreed and by the way it also showed free upgrade to the room I dont what room we suppose to get and what upgrade was given.

Over all good for short stay

Rooms was very comfortable and location was also very near to airport. Thanking u for complementary pickup arrangemet. We will visit again.

Very good location. Walking distance of Main market and Aerocity Metro Station. Rooms was good ans comfoetable. Restaurnt and food also good.

We stayed there with family it was the excellent property the ambience The staffs were so helpful specially the F & B service staff at morning breakfast were professional and exceed expectations.

Hotel has great locational advantage for airport travelers. Food is reasonably good in spread and no complaints on quality. Servicing standards has been also improved from last time when i had booked through other Chanell. Thank new management.
