There was no hot water inthe room

Unfortunately I did not have a good hotel stay at Metropolitan Karol Bagh. It is clear that the room had not been cleaned in weeks with dust all over the place. I would not recommend staying here. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and means it is difficult to get any sleep with noise disturbance.

I was in this hotel for 5 nights, Its very close to the metro , hence was very convenient for me. The room: The rooms are fairly clean with basic amenities, Got fresh towels every day, Had to give reminders almost every day for replenishing Water.Only issue, I found two bed bugs on the last day crawling on the floor. The Staff: Very cordial and Helpful, They gave good inputs and helped me tune my travel plans. The location: Very good location as I needed to travel every day via metro and it was very close. Also the markets are in the vicinity so I could go out any time without wasting too much time on travel. OVERALL.... a very pleasing experience.

We arrived after a short break in Goa and thought Karol Bagh would be a convenient area to stay and having seen the deluxe room on Expedia thought the Metroploitan was just the place to stay. Our disappointment and review however, reflects the difference we found between the advertised facilities and what we actually were provided. We were shocked at the first room we were shown. Art Deco? No way! Who writes the description? It was a box room and the walls dirty. The shower didn't work until a man armed with a spanner went to it and there was no tea or coffee facilities. We were moved without fuss and helpfully by reception. The secodn room was better, but on expedia it describes ........."You can relax in front of the fireplace, and enjoy welcome amenities. The private kitchen is stocked with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer and a coffee/tea maker".......... I'm not sure the person who wrote this has actually been to the Metropolitan! I never saw any of these things. There were no bathrobes as described and the internet didn't work due to "technical problems". Now. I didn't find the hotel that bad in truth. Breakfast was served to your room in foil, because there IS NOT a restaurant, and was barely edible. But in truth, for what we paid and the location it was a handy place to put our heads down and use as a base. Our disappointment is largely due to the inaccuracy of the Expedia description and this lead to our disappointment
