Its a nice boutique hotel with good service. Staff is friendly and go extra mile for your comfort.

Very bad experience

infrastructure is excellent. bath towels and toiletry kit need a rewamp . housekeeping staff needs to be more vigilant .

Very convenient, actually excellent location for my work which was in the same Viman Nagar area. Very good food and courteous staff. Massive rooms, got one of the two rooms upgraded to a site as well. Two issues need to be sorted out. One, the front desk staff appears to be a bit disoriented though eager to help. They ended up giving two rooms on two different floors for the same family, until we requested a correction! Also, the upholstery and certain parts of the structure need a major overhaul.

Good quality and for Decent Business stay.

The property is good with reasonable amenities. The main issue I faced that the bathtub did not drain after I took shower. I showed it to a housekeeping staff and he did drain the water but next day I faced the same issue. That was really disappointing. The staff was good. Breakfast had a lots of good variety...

Great location,close to Phoenix Mall.Hotel never bothers to reply to your emails.We booked 2 Superior Boutique rooms & were given the Ambient rooms.One of the rooms on entering smelled badly of cigarette smoke inspite of it being a non smoking room & floor.When we asked to change the room,we were told hotel is full so it's not possible.After speaking to the duty manager, we got the room changed.The rooms are spacious & nicely decorated, but extremely badly maintained.View from the window was overgrown plants on the balcony, a chawl & construction site. The carpets,towels,sofas,bathtub,shower curtains,hotwater kettle, ironing board were filthy.Room safe didn't work.Bathroom tap broken.Only 1 hand towel given.Asked for Iron twice & didn't get until I complained to duty manager.The meals at the restaurant were a hit & miss.Soups were horrible but main course was good.Some food extremely spicy inspite of telling them not to.Main course took nearly an hr(2 dishes of mutton handi & rotis) Staff didn't seem too friendly or bothered.Only the duty manager was helpful. Positives of this hotel are complimentary water, newspaper everyday. Breakfast buffet was really good with lots of veg variety and you can place order for Chicken sausages,bacon,French toast, Waffles,poached eggs.The staff service at breakfast also was great. Overall this hotel has good potential if they refurbish it and have more friendly & helpful staff. Else it's not worth the 6k a night we paid

Food was really good

The stay at the room was good. I got an upgraded room (Boutique room) . The room had kind of hometheatre system. You can carry your DVD's or movies in pendrive to watch them. My room had designer almirah (glass almirah) and very clean bathroom. The only flipside for me was that there was no toileteries kept in my washroom. I asked for comb, toothbrush, shaving kit which they obviously gave me on request. The hotel is 15 minutes from airport. The breakfast menu was decent (5-6 juices, tea, dosa counter, corn flakes milk, donuts, boiled veggies, idli, baked tomato2 non veg items and around 5-6 more veg items. And few more side things). The hotel has a grand lobby The hotel has a rooftop bar next to poolside. Its light english music and a red ambient lighting. Just next to the bar there is option of Spa. Final conclusion - At the rate which access to all this comes at Key is super value for money. I actually had "customer delight"

I have ordered tikka, kathi roll, chicken sandwich and cold coffee. First of all in place of chicken sandwich, they gave veg sandwich, on our complaint they gave chicken sandwich that was too late. Secondly, except the tikka, none of the food items were eatable, we were unable to eat them, anyhow, we ate as we were hungry. As the water is complementary, they charged for two bottles of water also I would like to get back all the above paid amount

The linen was really dirty, with hair and stain marks all over the place. Same goes for the towels. The room floor looked like it had not been cleaned before handing over the room. Do NOT stay here, if cleanliness and hygiene matters to you.

Amazing

The check in was fine. But on entering, we found the towels were dirty and wet. They changed it after complaining. We had dinner and the morning breakfast which were pretty good. I do remember that while booking, I was promised airport drop as complementary. They denied it saying that they offer it to only booking done through their website. Airport is quite near to the hotel and I booked an Ola cabs for it. If you don't offer it, please remove it from hotels.com website saying that there is complementary airport drop. Cleanliness in the rooms could be improved and blankets needs to be changed as they look dirty.

No frills, clean & Comfortable. Very amiable staff. Courteous.
