Friendly staff, prompt service, Nice location. Simple but adequate breakfast options.

though checked 1 hour after scheduled time, room was not readily cleaned. Door lock was not working properly.

Este não é, de modo algum, um hotel 3 estrelas. Situado no quinto andar de um prédio comercial muito antigo numa área bastante agitada, não tem recepção térrea e é extremamente mal servido de elevadores. Antigo e mal conservado deve ser evitado a todo custo.

don't do chitting with People, you say this is a 3 star hotel, but hotel dont maintain even 1 star.

They are located in a filthy location with heaps of trash around and vile odours.

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. While there were quite many attendants to escort us and carry the luggage to and from our room, they expected tip. While tip to single or two attendants was okay, at times, there were more attendants than required, and all of them expected tip. Besides this, the rooms were okay, meeting bare minimum standards of cleanliness and other amenities (size, bathroom etc.). Positives were good breakfast and the hotel allowed to store our luggage after checkout until later part of the day.

Breakfast Timings are not convinient, could be from 7 instead of 8

Bathrooms are not clean. Rates are high for standard of rooms and overall cleanliness. Mould in bathroom. Most of tv channels are subscription based and are not subscribed, so you cannot watch them. Breakfast and staff is really friendly and helpful. Manager is not good. Wifi does not work (loses connection very often). Instructions for wifi are not clear. Room only has food menu. (No manual for tv, AC or wifi).

Basic hotel. Ruime kamer. Wifi werkte perfect, wel elke keer opnieuw inloggen maar super verbinding. Alles was aanwezig maar ook alles net niet. bv beddengoed was gewassen maar niet alle vlekken of gaatjes waren eruit. Kamer was prima schoon op t oog maar badkamer verdient extra poetsbeurt. Airco werkte ook maar slechts op 1 stand. Kortom goed hotel om te verblijven maar verwacht geen luxe. Weinig internationale gasten volgens mij. Minder geschikt voor zakenreis. Toegang ook bijzonder, 5e verdieping van flatgebouw waar t lijkt of alles under construction is (geen geluidsoverlast) maar de entree van t hotel is keurig en verzorgd. Oude maar goed werkende lift (met liftpersoneel) Buurt is fantastisch als je van drukte, kleur, straatmarkt houdt. Prima restaurants vlak bij hotel.
