みなさんフレンドリーで楽しかったです。ロケーションも、部屋の広さも雰囲気も素晴らしかったです！ホテルで行なっているキャメルサファリも凄く楽しかったです！また行きたい宿です。

Great service, staff were kind, room was clean and beautiful, especially my room was so cute! One of my favorite hotel and definitely want to come back again.

Property needs some repair. Very basic. Nowhere to hang towels as towel rack broken and hanging off. No face washer. No hand towel. The view is not what is advertised as there are buildings obstructing the view of the fort. Don't book for the view. If you want a good view of fort go to Lal Garh a 2 minute walk away that has a roof top restaurant. Food was good. Laundry service good. Otherwise comfortable stay once the heater was working (had to ask 3 times). Hot water unreliable.

Enjoyed my stay here. Very friendly staff. I actually arrived very late at night, thanks to Indian Railways and someone from the hotel came to meet me at the station and drove me to the hotel. This was amazing service and such a relief for me as I was incredibly tired. We even completed check-in the next morning so I could sleep first! The hotel is perfectly situated, good air-conditioning in the room, and very spacious. They also arranged for me to travel to Jodhpur so I could catch my onward flight to Delhi. I would certainly recommend staying here for a visit to Jaisalmer.

Hi, The property looks good in pictures but little different once you get in the rooms. Rooms are still good to stay for a night or two, but the owner of the this Pleasant Hotel doesn’t know what customer service is. Had the most horrible and uniquely bad customer service with all my years of traveling. Me and my partner were travellers from Canada and booked a room at their hotel for 3 nights. When we checked in our friend’s parent’s (over 70 age) needed to rest until their flight time which was in 2 hours. So we took them to our room booked at this hotel, but the owner didn’t like this and told me to get out of the property as we will not allow anyone except the 2 guests booked. I explained him the situation that they are old and they are here only for 2 hours. He was very adamant on kicking us out. It seemed like he took it on his ego. He said no hotel in the world allows anyone else except the guests booked. We have travelled to many countries and many cities, never seen anything to what he claims. I almost laughed because just couple nights ago me and my partner stayed for few hours at a different hotel in Jaiselmer where my friends were staying. They clearly didn’t had problem with guest’s friend so not sure where this guy bringing his facts from. In the end I had to apologize and beg him to not kick us out as I didn’t want to cause any inconvenience to the elderlies. But I knew I could definitely leave a review on what happened there.

Very friendly staff, quick to resolve issues. Room and bed was very comfortable. Quick and easy check in. Already recommended to my friends who will be visiting in few days. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

A really excellent and affordable stay - located just outside the fort with beautiful views of it from the rooftop restaurant. Only a 10-15 minute walk from the fort as well. The food at te restaurant was excellent; there are limited breakfast options but an extensive list of lunch/ dinner items. The room we stayed in was clean and well/decorated. It was on the smaller side but this wasn’t an issue for us. We coupled our stay with the camel safari offered by the hotel and it was excellent - I highly recommend it! You sleep under the open stars directly on cots on the dunes (not in tents). This wouldn’t suit someone who likes a little luxury but is perfect for anyone looking for a less touristy and unique experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay seamless, from a 4:30am complimentary pick up at the train station to options on what to see in the city.

Séjour très agréable, l’hôtel est bien situé pour pouvoir explorer Jaisalmer à pied, tout en étant légèrement a l’écart, et donc au calme. La terrasse est très agréable le matin et le soir !

The neds were not conortable, bathrooms were not clean and hot and cold water was not working..

The staff is what makes this hotel special. Very friendly, eager to help in any way possible.

Located outside the fort but great central location. Great views of fort from rooftop restaurant. Comfy beds and whimsical rooms with by gone raja era feel. Shower clean with hot water and pressure. Staff go out of their way to help in any way from directions, luggage storage for overnight desert trip and even offered room to shower when we got back. Highly recommended

Our stay at the hotel was amazing. The service from all of the hotel staff was first class, helping us with everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The rooftop view of the fort was so good too.

We are a family of four and had booked two rooms in the hotel. Our experience was very pleasant from start to finish, just as their name suggests. The rooms are well-appointed. The service was friendly and courteous, the food in the restaurant was freshly made and excellent, the camel safari organized by the hotel was very enjoyable, and there was always a free supply of cold drinking water which was a godsend in the July heat. Krishna and his team were very accommodating - we were allowed to keep one room past check-out time because our flight was later in the afternoon. Highly recommended!

Beatiful place near everything you need. Short walk from the fort and market. Room was clean and spacious and most importantly the air conditioning worked a treat. Staff are super friendly and so helpful. The roof top restaurant has an amazing view of the fort and the food we had was excellent.

Service was very nice and always ready to help. It is aa relatively small hotel and away from the crowded market area, yet very close to the fort. We had a nice room. The view from the balcony of the fort is nice. Overall it was very relaxibg stay.
