Rooms interior is very bad, toilet and shower needs replacement, not clean , requires investment to refurbish the rooms

**Avoid at All Costs! This Place is a Nightmare. ** If you’re reading this review, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere immediately - Hotel PLR Grand is the worst accommodation I’ve ever encountered, and I sincerely hope never to return. First off, the rooms are in a deplorable state. The bedsheets feel as if they’ve been in use for a decade and don’t seem freshly laundered, leaving you with the unsettling feeling that you're sharing the bed with countless previous guests. The bathroom is equally unclean, and the towels are so worn and grimy that they’re practically unusable. This place mostly sells for the tourist business groups. The only thing good is morning they served breakfast which is ok.

Only thing I like is the staff. Very courteous and helpful. Very dull lobby and floors. Smells in room. Poor quality linen. Also, was asked for extra for kids. Can’t think of staying again.

Schönes Hotel, sauber und gutes Service. Küche ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Nur kleine Reparaturen oder Instandhaltungsarbeiten (z.B. stark tropfender Wasserhahn) würden das Hotel noch aufwerten.

Good breakfast and staff service. Property condition needs maintenance and improvements.

It was comfortable and pleasant stay in the hotel throughout.

Location wise good one,Opp to main bus stand and food also good. Room service was mush appreciated. Only things is beds are not much comfort but okay to sleep. Unfortunately wife was not able to connect for us

Everything went well..great value for money.. quick checkin.. friendly staff, location advantage.. all in all great place to stay.

Location is convenient. Property has become old, requires refurbishing. The ambience does not match with 3 star level. Staff is very cooperative. Restaurant is good but breakfast needs veriety. Food quality is good. Those who book directly with them get 24 hrs. check in/check out facility and those who book online get 12 noon check in /check out.

its ok for the price and area. room bit smell but it was about the weather. otherwise its ok for 1 or 2 nights.

Nice stay

I have spent Rs.3000+ to get the room,room was not upto standards, not even close to what they are advertising on there websites.I have made the reservation with breakfast and front desk said its without breakfast without even trying to see my reservation confirmation email. wont stay here again and completely waste of money.

Overall Unclean, especially bathroom. AC faulty, linen dirty and discourteous staff
