We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. The location is very poor, situated in a congested and densely packed area, which made access difficult and unpleasant. The rooms were old, poorly maintained, and had a strong, unpleasant odor. To make things worse, there was a lizard roaming around in the bathroom, which was quite disturbing. Despite booking two AC rooms, one of the rooms did not even have a working air conditioner. Given the condition of both the rooms and the overall environment, we had no choice but to check out immediately and book another hotel in Mahabaleshwar. Unfortunately, the entire booking amount for the two rooms was wasted. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was good and near to mkt and seevice and food was excellent. The overall experience was nice.

I have been to this property before and it's nice to see that after soo many years also it's well maintained. They recently renovated it and you get a new hotel feeling. There's a games area and a big dining room. They give free cycles to guests for some time and then 50 rupees rent. Totally worth it. There's a big parking ground right opposite the hotel which is very convenient. Kids got warm milk at night so good staff 👍 overall worth the money!

Close to the market. Just a 5 minute walk. Easy access. Everyone was very helpful! Table tennis room was fun! Room was clean, bathroom is small but hygienic. Food options are limited but very tasty. Definitely recommend! Parking is also available opposite hotel.
