鍵をフロントに預けなければ部屋の掃除も、備品の交換もしないということを、チエックインのときに言わなかった。こちらから聞かなければ何も教えてくれない模様。

フロントデスクがない、という説明文がありますが、ちゃんとあります。(宿はビル5階にフロントがあるためこのような説明なのか？) 21時過ぎに宿に入りました。パスポートを見せてe-visa取得時のような質問票を書いていくのですが、ポイントポイントでフロントの年配の男性が助けてくれました。 部屋はビル8階から上る屋上に作られた部屋で、宿の写真はこの屋上をテラスとして使っている様子です。 シャワーに少し蚊のような虫がいましたが想定範囲内。シャワーはお湯が出る設備があるもののあまり温かくなりませんが、暑いので必要性を感じませんでした。アメニティはシャンプーと石鹸がありました。 部屋はエアコンが効き快適です。

Price of property is much more higher than as compared to quality of property and. Service Room was not so good as compared to charges. Basic facilities like kettle to warn the water and good quality toiletries were missing. Provide 3 rupees soap and 1 rupees shampoo. Not sure on what basis they are charging so high.

Comfortably, privacy

They provided Extra Cot without any surcharge which speaks volume about your good service. My Parents liked the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. Morning Breakfast was excellent. we had to go nearby and on the day it was raining heavily, they provided umbrella too without any deposit. Highly recommend to people who wants to stay at reasonable rate in the expensive neighborhood.

Positives: Room was clean and comfortable. Good ambience and view just outside the room. Negatives: Communication issues with some of the staff (don't understand English). Hotel has no restaurant, only a kitchen, so you have to order your meals beforehand. This was not communicated properly. Room service did not pick up the phone at 6:30 am.

The place is not what we were expecting at all and it is overpriced. The room wasn’t clean, the towels had dark spots (they changed it 3 times). We stayed less than one hour and asked for refund.

Hotel jest częściowo ns dachu, pokoje są brudne, kiepskie wifi, pościel nie była czysta. Fatalnie. To moje drugie przykre doświadczenie z siecią OYO.

I stayed two nights. The room was one of the newly added on the top roof. Those are relatively new and tidy but are actually like hats. the lift takes you to eighth floor then you take stairs to go to the roof area. Stayed during the winter may be fine but not suitable for summer. Room was tidy but cold water at the shower room was stink. Room will not be cleaned unless you leave your key at the reception on the 5th. Facility is suitable for person who wants to save the money. No dining room. you would need to take meals in your room. not suitable for a long stay. Good aspect of this hotel is location. few minutes from Maiden MTR and cultural institutions like ICCR.

This is a guesthouse, not a hotel. We stayed in one of the room on the top floor. The room was tiny, with thin walls, has a tiny window, and everything was very old. However, the bedsheets were fine (not as thin as the other hotels we have stayed at in India) and the hot shower worked. This place is in a convenient location.

Det enda positiva är läget, dock är det lite svårt att hitta första gången men sen är det lätt att ta sig runt därifrån. Rummet var på taket, sängarna var STENHÅRDA, och då har jag bott på många hotell innan i Indien och åkt många många nätter på natttåg där. Duschen var ett SKÄMT, kunde lika gärna hälla vatten på handen och kasta på kroppen. Man får det man betalar för men det finns bättre för vad det kostar att bo här!

We stayed there for our work in the USA consulate, When we checked-in they put us in the wrong room than the one I did the booking, and after complain to the Hotel staff that the room has really very stuffy smell and very small in size, the bathroom and toilet was like a roadside hotel in India even worse than that, the reception attendant simply said this is what you get for the price you paid! It was really disappointing answer to a customer, after our complaint they somehow double checked and figured out that we were put in the wrong room, then they shifted us in a different room which was relatively better than the previous one. The Hotel really lacks in terms of cleanliness, they didn't have bathtub in the bathroom, the bathing area was slippery and dirty. They had worn out mattress and side chairs and linens, and they had really stuffy smell in this room as well. We stayed in their Akash Darshan room. Only few hotel staff was professional, they don't even provide complimentary printouts to the guests, for 4 page black and white printouts they charged Rs 60. They don't have Wifi in the Hotel. The only good we found about the Hotel is location. I won't recommend this Hotel. Even we had to ask for extra

Perfectly good overnight stay while in transit through Kolkata. Another review seemed to suggest the hotel was not v accessible, but my taxi dropped me right at the door. Yes, the hotel is on 5th, 8th and 9th floors of an office building, but even at 2200 hrs, someone came down quickly to meet me and bring me up to reception. Friendly, helpful. Room was clean, well appointed and recently redecorated - quite modern, tho not really my taste. I left before breakfast, so can't comment on that. But they provided the necessary wake-up call and arranged a taxi. The hotel is quite close to the Maidan, so I got a little tour of downtown Kolkata on the way back to the airport. The hotel is in a great location and the ac worked really well, but the room was not very clean and the restroom left much to be desired.

Rusbabh can't be faulted. The location - on a quiet, elegant street in the nicest part of central Calcutta (between Park St, Chowringee and Shakespeare Sarani) - is perfect; everywhere is walkable, and the Metro is at the end of the street. We were well looked after on arrival, turning our room around really quickly so we could occupy it early - very helpful after an overnight train journey. Staff are friendly and competent. And the Indian breakfast, delivered to your room at 8 am with the newspaper, was superb, with beautiful fresh breads. You can spend very little or a great deal on hotels in India, but it can be harder to find somewhere in the middle. This is ideal.

dies ist irgendwie kein richtiges Hotel, malche Zimmer liegen seperat auf verschiedene Stockwerke des Bürosgebäudes. Kein eigene Essensaal, sehr komisch Management ! z.B: mussen die Gäste Entschädigung zahlen, wenn die Gläse kaputt macht oder die Badetücher schmutzig macht !! nirgendwo gibt es so was !
