This hotel is not suitable at all for recently married couples as they view them with suspicion. Adhaar card / Pan card / DL or any other identity or address proof is not enough for them as they want the married couples to carry wedding card or wedding photo or marriage certificate, strange isn’t? Such kind of suspicion and over reaction from hotel staff is not good at all specially at the Holy place like this. Even after making the online booking they do not know that room has been booked. Not recommended at all as staff at desk are small kids not even aware about what to ask for and do not know how to treat the customers, need to train and instil them professional skills. Do not deserve even a single star, don't know why hotel like this even exists.

The only redeeming quality of this hotel was the location. It's within a 10 min walk of Shirdi temple entrances and there are many cafes and restaurants located close-by. Otherwise we had a number of issues with our room Heard rats/mice in the walls at night. Room key did not work throughout stay. A hotel employee had to open the room every time. Street facing room had no sound insulation whatsoever. Since the hotel is on the main road you would hear road noise and honking all night. Older property that has been renovated, but age still shows and renovation work is of poor quality. Could not get Wifi to work during my stay. Was able to check in early Room key did not work throughout stay. Had to have

Overall stay was good......hotel rooms r spacious ...only more concentration needs to b done on cleanliness in passages ......but still not so bad .....one can rely on the hotel if wth family.Its very near to the temple.

Rooms are ok, but light arrangements are not comfortable. Bathrooms are seems to be hygienic. In room I found cockroaches.

During our stay the booking made by Expedia charged us 2500 per room that too without A/C. Whereas the actual tariff of rooms at hotels were 1800 Including BF & A/C Room. We requested staff to at-least switch on the A/C as we have paid higher for which they were aware. Staff refused to do so.

It was a good experience from an accomodation perspective. Mgmt were good and helpful. Room lock was not wirking properly. Food was awefully bad.

It was nice, value for money. Owner Vikram was quite helpful.

We stay @ sai chatra for 3 days. The hotel is situated in front of bus stand and half km away from Sai Baba temple. The staffs are very polite. Especially Mr. Sanjeev is very helpfull. Overall the hotel is good for family stay. The hotel provide vehicle for visiting nashik, aurangabad and sani signapur. But the behaviour of the drivers were so rude and pathetic. I suggest to stay at hotel bt not use the vehicles for site visiting. We booked the vehicle for two days and our visit is spoiled by this stupid drivers. After complaining to Mr. SANJEEV on first day we got replacement on second day visit bt nothing is change. The drivers are like local gunda and not willing to help you any way. It is suggested to stay at the hotel bt not use the travels as it will spoiled ur entire visit. And the hotel administration have no control on their drivers. The drivers r exploit u as u are new to the place. So it is recomended to book from outside instead of hotel vehicle.

With the affordable price it is very good hotel. All the staff are very friendly. I need to get the money from ATM at night time manager asked security guard Sunil Kumar to escort me 30 minutes walking to and from ATM.

No fan in bathroom. Nice stay and good. Overall ok experience
