I had a quite unpleasant stay there. I asked for an airport pick up which did not come due to car breakdown. There was no backup car for it, so I had to stay about an hour outside of Mumbai Airport. The room was okay, but the breakfast menu was horrible. There was almost nothing that I could eat, so I had to add flavor like ketchup and chili to change the original taste.

The only negative is the WiFi. Signals are strong closer to the room door. The more inside you are in the room the weaker the signal becomes and speeds are slow - calls were frequently failing. They need to upgrade to a higher bandwidth WiFi

Trying to not be too negative, but the hotel was in a terrible state, our room had filthy dirty stained walls, pillows had stains all over, really disgusting. Had them replaced with new ones (helpful staff did come straight away) red stains and dirt on the shower curtain, when asked for a replacement was told it was 'just turmeric' cable on kettle frayed and wires all dangerously exposed. Room Menu was taken out of folder, asked for a menu and received a stained dirty menu book from the restaurant downstairs (didnt have anything from there so cant comment on food) Cafe closed, Breakfast served in a depressing closed room, food was very poor and tableware dirty. could see other disgruntled customers, had to leave it.

Very convenient location, friendly staff and excellent food. A winning combination. Very comfortable rooms too.

The food was excellent. The room we were in was adequate but not anything special in terms of a view. It was room 505. The lift can be slow when there are weddings going on so be patient. For the nightly rate Satkar is a good choice. The huge mall is not far and is worth checking out.

Located in a good and quiet neighborhood and can get transportation very easily. Happy with my stay in the hotel.

It was great but no recliners by tiny pool was a disappointment. Food and service was excellent.

I stay here frequently while traveling from overseas. The staff is diligent and attentive. Facilities are great. Morning breakfast is excellent

Communication was poor.We booked this place as it had a pool, not many hotels in this area had a pool. We arrived the pool was empty and the area was being drilled up. We were not informed about this before arrival.Because of this there was no outside Area to sit, they had a garden but no chairs and was offered to sit on terrace which we did and got covered in concrete from the drilling. We booked 7 day's but because of this we left after 3 days. Now im fighting to get a full fefund for the 4 days we were not there.At this time they have only refunded me for 2 days. So after ruining our holiday i have arrived home to start a battle to get the remander of my refund. Not Happy.

stayed there many times,the upkeep is not optimal,gave me only one door key, room service for food took 1.5 hours bulbs not replaced ,toilet flush malfunction

It was a good rest as the trip was hectic
