Sehr dreckig,- runtergekommen! Alle Bett-und Badeutensilien auch nach Austausch voller Flecken! Überall Staub und Schimmel auf dem Balkon! Das Hotel ist scheinbar sich selbst überlassen. Lediglich die Strandlage ist gut! Nicht empfehlenswert!

I had a wonderful experience at Sea Face. My massage from Indu was amazing. Each day I had a massage and was extremely happy. The front desk was most accommodating and my room was cool, clean and santized. My room facee the sea with a large balcony. The pool was clean and with staff available to help.

Great, friendly staff! Spacious room with plenty of chairs and a desk. Good wifi. Wonderful scenery--right on the beach! The property is in a sad state, otherwise. But so are many of the surrounding hotels of the same star level. My room was not cleaned. Dust everywhere. Trash in the drawers. Bathroom was smoky and not clean at all! The restaurant food was okay but the state of it did not give confidence. I checked out several days early. Shame because b the manager and one of the house keepers were super nice!

The balcony is lovely with a great sea view. Easy access to the beach. A good sized room, with comfortable bed and hot water for the shower. Staff are friendly and I’m a return visitor.

The location isprobably the best on Kovalam Beach. This hotel could be amazing,but it just isn't. Awful shabby poolside ifuniture, rooms dated, staff making the best of it with what they have to work with. Wth management to be proactive and upgrade the whole place it would be great, and a guests would be happy to pay a l1ot more!!

Great staff, old property

The staff at Hotel Sea Face were friendly and courteous and the location is very close to the ocean. However, there are a number of things that could have been better. First of all, we did not appreciate that at check in we were asked for our passports, but not given them back right away. We would have gladly waited a moment for them to photocopy the passports and enter any relevant data into their records. Instead, they only gave the passports back when I inquired twenty minutes after check in. When we were getting settled into the room, we noticed that towels were very stained and the sliding door to the balcony was extremely difficult to lock. The air conditioning was loud, but fairly anemic in its cooling abilities for the first 12 hours we were there and then the air conditioner broke altogether during the night. They offered to put us into a different room, but that room had no sea view and was a bit more depressing than the room we were in. Like a number of hotels in India, their idea of a double/queen/king bed is really just two single (twin) beds put together. Not really comfortable for a couple that likes to cuddle before or while sleeping. Another problem is that this meant the air conditioning controller, which was fixed into the wall, becomes central to the bed just a few inches above your heads and it casts a red light on your faces all through the night. Not good planning on the hotel's part. A plus is that they changed money and gave a good rate.

Two night stay plus side was a pool expensive for what it is moved on to other accommodation near by for less than half the price admittedly with no pool but can hire a sun lounger on the beach for £1 per day

Have stayed here before and really enjoyed it, has to be one of the better hotels in Kovalam beach. We are actually staying here in a March and accidentally booked the wrong date, but the hotel let us change the booking free of charge even though we had a non refundable/changeable reservation. This shows what kind of a great hotel and staff this is. Definitely I recommend this hotel.

Perfekt plassering, rett ved strand med god utvalg av butikker og spisesteder rundt. Hyggelig personal på hotellet. Hotell er veldig gammel og trenger renovering, ellers kunne gi jeg 5*. 🙂

Had a pretty shabby, naked looking room on ground floor with no view at all. Most disturbing was that there was no wifi coverage in this room Pool looked uninvitibg as well as restaurant Very basic place

Overall experience is very good ….friendly staff … breakfast superb …good view ..room cleanliness could be checked prior to check in. Indhu the massager was very good and friendly… did a great job and I strongly recommend her..
