Friendly staff and great service. Room was great and clean. Food was amazing and the staff was really friendly and professional. When my friend and I were having trouble booking a bus ride from Agra to Delhi, the front desk staff helps us forgive things about and book our bus tickets. Amazing service.

タージマハル・アグラフォート・アグラカント駅までオートリキシャで10-15分程度でつきます。主要観光地へは便利です。
徒歩圏にスーパーやコンビニはありません。個人商店のみです。貴重な両替屋は100ｍ圏にあり徒歩で行けます。
設備
非常に清潔できれいです。アメニティーは石鹸くらいです。
屋上にはプールがあり、さらに階段を上がると屋上からタージマハルが見れます。一階とルーフトップにレストランがあります。

Both of Our roomS were run down with a shower that barely worked ( and had cement on the top ) , sink filled up with water, hot water was really lukewarm at best. One of our 2 rooms did not even have a working lock on the main door!! AC was actually on but the control unit on wall was not working so we could not turn it down. Hotel lobby pics are decieving.. do not fall for that.
Only thing in favor of the hotel was its proximity to Taj Mahal!

This hotel was a nice alternative in Agra. It was close to all the sites and off the main road. The staff was great. The breakfast buffet had a mix of western and Indian alternatives. The roof top restaurant was great, especially the outdoor seating. Every chicken dish was great with amazingly good chicken. We only had one issue and that was getting a car for the drive back to Delhi. We had talked about it to hotel number of times and we are not sure but it seemed that the request was forgotten. Thus, when ready to leave had to wait over an hour for the car to arrive. Other than that a great stay.

EIn gutes Mittelklasse Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da man zu Fuss zum Taj Mahal innert 15-20min gehen kann. Auch das hauseigene Restaurant hat sehr gutes und preiswertes Essen. Das Frühstück war aber für gar nichts. Vom Hotelservice waren wir sehr enttäuscht, konnte man nicht mit der Kreditkarte bezahlen wie kommuniziert. Gerät war an diesem Tag defekt und es wurde vom Hotel nichts unternommen. Stattdessen wurde von uns verlangt zu einem Bankautomaten zu gehen und mit hohen Gebühren Geld zu beziehen. Das haben wir nicht gemacht und uns mit dem Hotel auf einen Deal geeinigt.

siamo stati due notti, ottima la posizione sia vicino al Taj Mahal che ad altri luoghi di interesse, ma visto il caos per le strade del luogo meglio muoversi con i Tuc Tuc.
Ottima camera, discreta pulizia, ottimo staff.

La peor experiencia tanto con hoteles como con este hotel. Hubo un error en la app, y se duplicó la reserva. Llame al hotel varias veces y me cortaban. Imposible comunicarse con hoteles.com desde el exterior. Despues cuando reclamé nadie se hace cargo porque estaba fuera de fecha. Desastroza la experiencia. Soy cliente gold de hoteles.

Ein angenehmer und netter Gegensatz zum Trubel, dem Dreck und dem chaotischen Gewusel und Gehupe in Agra.
Die Angestellten waren durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bzw die Matratze in ordentlichen Zustand, die Dusche heiß (wenn man mal die richtige Einstellung gefunden hat). Alles in allem war das Hotel eine angenehme Erfahrung und ist dementsprechend für mich nur zu empfehlen.

Not a great area,but it was a fleeting visit,so didn't mind. Found a nice,but pricey restaurant close by which kept us happy.
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful,plus they serve alcohol,so it's nice to relax with a beer by the pool in the evening.
It was such a good price,I can't complain for the money.

Overall a good stay with a good breakfast. It’s not a bad walk to the Taj from the hotel. Only issue was the plumbing. Had an issue with the toilet not functioning in my first room. Moved to a different room with a shower head that sprayed all over. Staff was helpful.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Helpful and friendly staff. You can see taj mahal from the rooftop but not really within a walking distance.
Good Breakfast. The restaurant is expensive for local standards. A good aternative is the one on mall road right next todos the hotel street (opposite side from dominos)

Det här är ett utmärkt hotell med bra service i Agra. Rummen var rejäla, hotellet kändes nytt och fräscht och allt var välstädat och välskött. Hotellet hade också en bra restaurang vilket var uppskattat eftersom det inte fanns så många roliga alternativ i närområdet.
