Power cut many time no good washroom

Don’t accept credit card I have to pay in cash

Stayed her 3 nights recently. Never stayed in a Indian hotel so had no expectations as to what to expect. We arrived early and they front desk knew nothing about us so they called the owner. 30mins later after paying a deposit and filling in forms we got to the room. Taken to the room... Very small and untidy. Barely any room to put our luggage and walk around the room. And my 3yr old child had to climb over the bed to get to one side to the other as no room. Basic cleaning of the room I don't think has been done before we arrived. The bathroom was adequate but the hot water geyser barely worked. Had to call someone everyday to flick a geyser switch and then wait. The hotel very noisy as can hear the next rooms talking and clearing throats etc. The staff and owner we found to be all quite friendly and despite a few language issues with the staff they would do what they can to help. The area is not that bad really. I happily walked around the area at night to get water etc. And we managed to walk easily the 30mins to golden temple and that's with a 3yr old. I wouldn't say it's a bad place but just lower the expectations you may have if coming from abroad. You get what you pay for. I would certainly come and stay again by myself for a night or 2. But with a family or if requiring more comforts then go elsewhere.

A perfect and comfortable hotel near about Amritsar Bus Station.

Hotel staff was too helpful... Even food was good and cheaper.... Room was Lil small... Which can disappoint u..... However I can choose this hotel again my amritsar trip...

My family and I were not happy. We booked accommodation for 3 adults through expedia. When we got there , we were given room for only 2 adults when we asked the manager about this, he asked us to sort this issue with expedia as it is not his problem. We were asked to pay extra for 2 double bedroom. The bathroom is very dirty. Not all tuk tuk drivers knows the location of this hotel. It is located far from golden temple.

Was ok for the price. Apperently there was a time frame for hot water, but neither was it written out somewhere, nor did the Hotel staff tell us about it. Additionally the shower head fell off, though it still worked. Cleanliness was ok. Location is ok, since Amritsar is not that big, but you can't walk anywhere from the hotel, always need at least a cicle rickshaw.

dirtiest place imaginable,bugs crawling on bed in plain sight.pathetic toilets. I left after the first night despite the fact that I had already paid for the second night. I won't recommend this place even to my worst enemies. hate this hotel.

The room was okay, though a little bit dirty. Main concern for us was the surrounding area, and some of the staff that made us feel insecure. Not a good choice for one or more women if you focus on security.

This was at the first sight when I arrived a strange location, but after spending the day at Golden temple and surrounding Amritsar it was really calm and Nice to go back to the hotel.. The staff were very polite and nice.. and helpful. From the hotel to the Golden Temple by fot took about ten minuts walk..

Good Hotel with Great services comfort level is also pleasing and gud
