お湯が出ない。けど、バケツで持ってきてくれた。 雨季だから？湿気がすごくてふとんがシケシケ。 シーツ変えたらまだいけた。 エレベーターがあった。 そんなこんなも全部含めてインドを感じた。

少し入り組んだところにあります。建物自体が小さなホテルです。入口の様子などは，周りの建物とは少し違う（やや高級感）雰囲気を醸し出しています。それぐらい周りが・・。部屋は最初入った時，少しショックでした。三ツ星と聞けば納得ですが値段を考えると・・。慣れれば気になりませんでしたが・・。お湯もちゃんと出ました。メトロの「カルロバーグ」駅まで歩いて１０〜１５分ぐらいでしょうか。それに乗れればとても便利だと思います。駅までにマクドナルドやケンタッキーもあります。商店街はとてもにぎやかですが，その他の飲食店が少ない印象です。

The location of the hotel was hard to identify. The room was dirty, bed and pillow had strains, toilet flush wasn't working, hot water was not available all the time, the room's ventitation was really poor. Will not recommend this hotel at all.

The staff were friendly for the most part, however, there is a major miscommunication with the room service team. I can speak their language but they seem to not understand basic instructions. Ordering room service was a hassle as they always seemed to have nothing from the menu and just one or two items constantly. The location is convenient for those looking to stay and shop near the major market, otherwise, this location is not to relax at all. There were no windows in the two rooms I was shown and one I had to stay in. It was quite suffocating. I wouldn't want to stay here unless dire emergency.

Decent area, room service could’ve been better but overall no issues.

Happy experience! Staff was efficient and kind. Room was great value for price, had all the amenities needed including a hair dryer (which many other hotels didn’t have for some reason) and plentiful hot water. Also fairly close to railway station which makes it great if you’re traveling by train.

Good location for local markets and both metro stations are 800m from hotel, breakfast is ok with both Indian and continental are available staff will also offer omelettes, staff were very friendly and courteous at all times, rooms are clean and comfortable, street noise is excessive if your room faces Main Street, as windows are not double glazed and a bustling array of shoe exporters are on your doorstep

Major building work on floor below us. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. First time to Delhi so tough to rate but didn’t match expectations from the photos. The room was large and fairly clean and working air con but for price and in less than central location was expecting more..

A nice hotel for the price. Comfortable room with airconditioning and wifi but shower did not work. Lovely roof terrace with good food and a good breakfast. Fairly good location, although very hectic outside, about a 10 minute walk to a metro station. Very friendly staff.

Location is great. Facilities like window ACs can be upgraded. But surroundings is too noisy and all through the night street dogs’ barking is troubling. Breakfast was good. Overall a good experience.

Clean Place to stay. I like this hotel. This hotel Staff was very helpful. Before booking I read many reviews on different websites but finally I decide to book here only. I really enjoy the facilities & amenities. The hospitality provided to me was not less than a star hotel. My stay was very fantastic. The Karol Bagh is a busy market area very differ from other cities. I like the area. I thanks hotel staff for warm welcoming. They are very polite. I will be back again.

Hotel is just ok , even with those lower rates structure

I booked this hotel at very cheap rates. This hotel is located in crowded main market of Karol Bagh, but it is very safe. I like to stay here. The room given to me was very romantic. I sleep well because my room was very quite. In room I use Tea Kettle many times and the tea coffee was replenished as often as I demanded promptly. We love to have a separate small fridge, which is full of Coke, Juices and other beverages. The room is full of amenities with comfortable beds. On our call every time we get very good service. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. In morning we had our Breakfast in Restaurant, which was very delicious and rich in quality. The USP of the hotel is Breakfast so please do not forget to enjoy it. We have enjoyed our stay. We will recommend it to our friends.

Looking for a cheap hotel, then its worth for the money. Main problem is with breakfast timing which starts around 7.30, for most of the peoole it is too late.

what you see is not what you get..overpriced

The food was good and breakfast was varied. If you do not see what you want, ask and it will be produced. The staff tried their best and were helpful. If you wanted a central location this hotel is ideal but we were scared to leave the hotel in the evenings because of the area where it was situated. We did not feel safe outside. We stayed for two nights. The first night, the wifi did not work despite attempts by staff to restore service. There was too much noise in the environment. There was no hot water in the bathroom. We were moved to a room with a bath and supposedly better wifi service but this again was non functional. However, we had hot water throughout. We requested a wake up call the two nights we spent there but this did not happen. The lift often got stuck on a floor and we had to walk down 3 flights of stairs. There is no lift to the 4th floor dining room but they had room service. The staff and the kitchen are the best things about this hotel. I would rate this hotel 3*

It was ok. Nothing much around the hotel. But the manager and the staff were very helpful. Really genuine people. Hotel was not in the area we wanted. Organised the car for us very reasonable price.

Some Staff very disrespect full. Not helpful at all being in a country were if Hindi is not you first language. Its Disrespectful even naming the hotel Sir Nanak think the Sikh should look in to getting the name changed it is a insult to the Sikh religion. Hotel transfer did not turn up we got a local cab to hotel from airport. Internet was none excitant. Very noisy, plus did not work socket wires in hall way hanging out. Expedia need to check these hotel before sending customers to these locations. I think some kind of compenstation is in order for the ordeal we went threw.
