A nice budget friendly hotel near dlf cyber park.

Value for money hotel. Quite close to the DLF cyber park. The rooms are very spacious. I had an issue which the staff resolved quickly. The only negative point is that rooms are not soundproof. You can hear some noise from other rooms. I hope they address it soon.

Nothing illtrained staff..zero service..needs to update

I saw listings for this property on 3 different web sites, and they all had slight differences describing the same room level, some of which were wrong, for instance the availability of a tumble dryer. That should have been the first red flag. The wifi was down for a few DAYS. The hotel called in a complaint, but they weren’t able to restore it in the same day. Maybe not their fault, but a major inconvenience. Surrounding location didn’t look particularly safe or nice. I can imagine the room was originally designed to be quite nice many years ago, with a separate kitchen area and open air room for handwashing and hanging laundry, couch, small desk with light, but furniture looked very worn down and shabby. The bed sheet had a hole and also bodily fluid stains even after the 2 times I had it changed. Finally on the 3rd, I just decided to stay on one side of the bed. If you want to use the fridge, keep in mind that all the power is turned off when you remove your key from the slot to leave the room. The room service food quality was inconsistent and I discovered I needed to be way more specific in ordering something as simple as scrambled eggs (came out mushy like porridge in a bowl with lots of milk(?) or liquid.) The positive was a supermarket immediately downstairs, which was very convenient, and close proximity to metro, about 10 minute walk or less. For American travelers, this 3.5 star rated place would probably be the equivalent to maybe 2 stars back home.

Location is very good. Hotel is very clean n staff is friendly.

The room is big and comfortable. The pillows are nice and firm. Very happy with the stay.

Checked in after 12am and very pleased that the staff were helpful.

The water heater wasn’t working. Told staff about it and didn’t get a resolution. Stayed 6 days and none of the day the room is clean even switch on the room cleaning option. The air con is working good and the room is comfortable.
