典型的なインドの安宿です。料金に見合っていないと感じました。 全体に清潔感はなく特にバスルームは不潔です。前のゲストのゴミが残っていました。 よく停電し、エアコンはほとんど使えませんでした。照明はかろうじてジェネレータで賄っているようですが、エレベーターも停まりますので階段を使った方が良いです。 部屋の電源は極限まで電力を絞っていてスマホの充電さえできませんでした。 チェックアウト時にチップを要求されます(断りました)。

Wifiがまずない。しかもエアコンがついているのに、つかない。フロントに確認すると、電気系統が混み合ってどうのこうの。こちらはエアコン込みでの料金を支払っているのに。スタッフが英語がほぼ喋れない。ヒンドゥー語でひたすら説明してくる。 なぜかレビューで高評価になっているが、これはサクラなのではないかと思う。 ここでの滞在はやめたほうがいい。

Had made this booking for my parents. Very dirty rooms with foul smell. Ended up didnt staying at this place at all.

Stone throw from gaya railway station. Good value for money option near gaya railway station. Well maintained rooms with clean large washroom. Staff are really helpful and guide as well. South Indian food available as well just a walkable distance great location

This property is horrible. No toilet paper.Manager on duty said they don’t use toilet paper at this Hotel. The room stinks. Blanket are old and dirty. Horrible food. Very unclean and noisy. I booked for two nights, but left the very next morning. Will not recommend this hell hole to anyone. I should be refunded by expedia. Expedia recommends and endorsed this hotel. This place is unfit to stay. Toilet dirty and smells. Constant train horn and announcements. This place should never be on expedia. Please refund my money and remove this hotel from your site.

This hotel should have no star rating, it's like local dormitory. This hotel is big scam, photos and ratings are fake everywhere. Staff at entry desk is very rude. You should inspect and delist this hotel. AC - broken and not working. Shower - not working. Hot bath water - not available. TV - not working. Bed - bedsheets were never changed, very smelly and had stains

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was shocked to discover an unexpected additional charge for the use of air conditioning in the room. Despite booking through Expedia, neither during the booking process nor in the confirmation email was it mentioned that there would be an extra fee for utilizing the air conditioning. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and has severely impacted my trust in Expedia's services. Furthermore, when I raised this issue with the hotel management, they forced me to pay extra 500 INR. Meanwhile I checked with Expedia customer service agent, and she confirmed that air conditioning is included in your booking. Subsequently, hotel management took the extreme measure of putting their hotel under maintenance and removing air conditioning from the listed amenities this is also confirmed by your representative. This revelation not only showcases a blatant disregard for honesty and transparency but also raises serious concerns about the integrity of the hotels listed on Expedia. As a loyal customer, I have always relied on Expedia to provide accurate information and facilitate seamless bookings.

There was no hot water to shower. Hotel and bathrooms were not clean.

The service was not good! Promised times for hot water Geyser switch-on was very late, tea service was very late. Definitely less than 2 star!

Staff was very accommodating and helpful with tips. Would recommend staying here as room/bathroom were clean.

Ive travelled to more than 60 countries and have slept at many hotels in India. This was by far the worst hotel experience I ever had. Problems with the hotel: The rooms are unbearingly cold (we stayed there in January) We had no hot Water in our room (we talked to the management but they didnt fix it). However, my friend had hot water for short periods. Also, the management kept sneaking outside his door turning off his water heater (the button was outside the room) all the time. No proper bedsheets, only a blanket. T They didnt have wifi . Everytime we wanted wifi we had to wait for 30 min and Then TheyWwould turn on some kind of hot spot for a few hours. Everytime we asked for wifi They  pretended to be surprised. No paper in bathroom (I know this is common in India but a hotel who caters to international travelers should have toilet paper). Dirty rooms and bathrooms. Most of the sockets in our and my friends room only worked If you held the charger in you hand while charging. Noisy rooms. Stuff in general didnt work, like the light in the elevator. They hade almost none of the facilites they listed on hotels.com that they had. The man in the reception asked for tips when we checked out after this horrendous experience! Greatly overpriced (for 30 euros a night you could usually find much much better hotels in India).

This hotel was a nightmare. Worst experience in many years of travel. It is misrepresented online. Staff was suspicious and hostile. No AC. Filthy. No lift. Mosquitoes everywhere. Had to leave. No refund. Consider yourself warned.
