地下鉄から歩いてすぐで便利であったが、周りには何もなかった。ホテルは新しくきれい。

Rooms are tiny but good.

I had a very good time staying in Ibis .

We booked a room for 2 and we had to keep reminding them to place 2 towels and glasses. Next day room service cleans the room and only places one towel and glass. Guest services were not aware that the table has got international plugs fixed to the table. For a Accor Brand I will not stay here at all nor will I recommend it to any body.

Compact but modern hotel in central Chennai.

I am a little conflicted writing this review, because I had a mixed experience at the Park. First, the good- Amazing location. Great design and architecture (not just the same old same old). Clean- good infrastructure and facilities. Now the not so good- there is a night club on the ground floor, and even though you are promised that you will not hear the loud music emanating from this den in your room, I definitely FELT the music (vibrations) as I slept. On the other hand, the staff were really nice when I complained about this, and moved me to a nice room on a higher floor where I didn't hear/feel the music any longer. They were also really nice about giving me a late check out when I needed it. Last pet peeve- the rooms are not very well sound proofed on the inside. So you hear anything going on in the corridor outside, including other guests, staff, etc. I am a light sleeper, so this was disruptive for me. If they fix these issues, the Park can go from a good to GREAT hotel.

The staffs were really kind and they helped a lot. We asked for late checkout and they acknowledged and it was great help. Breakfast was awesome and we liked their hospitality.

Dirty room, no safety latch for the room door, spoiled lock for bathroom door, shower water is flowing all around the bathroom rather than the drain

Reception staff could do with some more training. For a renowned and reputable hotel like Ibis there was some maintenance work needed to be done. For the client's that the hotel receives it may be OK but International client it is less than desirable.

I booked this hotel via Expedia ,they sent an email saying credit card declined . Expedia says booking confirmed I reached hotel no response , I cancelled the booking thinking I’ll book with a diff card and they charged me for one night and refuse to refund. It wasn’t even my fault . I cancelled because hotel is sending out messages on Expedia that credit card declined. Totally pathetic . Avoid at all costs

Cleanliness needs to improve. Not at par with other ibis hotels globally.

Hall carpet could use some steam cleaning! Ibis India not as sharp as Ibis Thailand or Japan! Otherwise, great experience, good quality!

I stayed at Ibis twice during my visit to India in November 2024. It was an extremely positive experience. The hospitality was unmatched, and all the staff members were very helpful. Laxman, in particular, helped a lot during my stay. I was able to get my business done very smoothly and comfortably. Not to forget, the breakfast buffet was EXCEPTIONAL!
