I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the staff prepared the room right away. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was very satisfied with the facilities and equipment. I am glad that my girlfriend who accompanied me was very satisfied.

Room was clean, food was amazing and the staff was very helpful.

The staff made us feel welcome . Rose petals were showered on us on arrival ! A musician played traditional music . They gave us beautiful Rajasthani hats . We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious and comfortable though the decor was a little gloomy ( beige and brown with dismal brown blinds , when lifted revealed the garden , thankfully ) The front of house reception staff : Hardik and Binay and staff at the Jaisalmer kitchen all day restaurant , Jyoti and Durvik were very helpful and provided excellent service as did the hotel driver who took us to the Desert Safari tent( sorry cannot recall his name ) . Our only negative experience was at the rooftop restaurant on our last night, 18th November. You can find here while viewing the magnificent Golden fort , lit up ! It was quite cold and in spite of us wearing warm clothes . Three requests to the staff for providing us with heaters were completely disregarded ! No apologies were given either ! The food was average . Service was poor . We regretted our choice of restaurant and wished we had gone downstairs to the warmth , friendly service and excellent buffet at the all day restaurant ! Otherwise a great stay and a wonderful experience of our visit to Jaisalmer .

Simply superb stay! Courteous and friendly staff, great breakfast, beautiful hotel and rooms.

Overall good

The pool was filthy - full of insects, algae and appeared to have no source of fresh water or evidence that it’s cleaned. When we checked in, we were asked to pay for the room which we’d already paid for. Upon check out, we were told to pay again and this prolonged check out for about 15 minutes! The a la carte food in the restaurant was appalling. The breakfast was fine. The room was okay - a little tired but the doors don’t have soft closing so it was noisy at night. This hotel certainly doesn’t live up to the Marriot name - unlike other Marriots in India.

I liked my stay here, I think it could have been better. The individual at check out didn’t communicate well. It’s not a bad option though considering how close it is to the fort and the shopping area.

Great people, especially the kitchen and dining staff would go an extra mile to make us feel welcomed (one person who stood out was Dilwer-ji). The rooms were ok, carpet stains and cleanliness was something that bothered us a bit. The property overall was maintained well. They also had a nice New Year’s eve event.

The food was average, there was some sort of gutter smell that was annoying and therefore I got out a day early. The staff however were excellent and the head chef tried his best to come around and get his feedback

Très beau séjour aux portes du désert. Hôtel très spacieux et bien décoré. Très bons restaurants et bon service de réception et de housekeeping. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Shravan du restaurant rooftop, à Pranali de l’équipe housekeeping et à Manish à la réception. Sans oublier Moumita Karmakar, responsable du restaurant qui nous a fait une belle surprise pour notre départ. Tout était très bien, avec un petit bémol pour la piscine extérieure qui est très belle, mais qui n’avait pas la même qualité de prestations que les autres services. Toutefois, une fois signalé, le management a fait le nécessaire pour tout améliorer et répondre à nos attentes.

It was a great experience staying at jaisalmer marriot...food ,services,cultural activities,rooms...all were great...there was mutiple options for kids in game zone...there was a nice swimming pool...location of property was at walkable distance to market...we really enjoyed staying here...

We are really enjoying at this location and so far we have great experience with this hotel since we have checked in it was amazing evening yesterday after we checked in they have culture program and food both was amazing.

Need to better their food menu. Wyra has good starter options but their regular kitchen menu needs significant improvement
