It was great stay there generally. But my room had not include toilet inside, so I have to go out my room for toilet and show.

25 minute walk from Bandra/Khar sights and the same time to the International terminal (250 rupees). The staff very friendly and accommodating. Giving assistance and help as and when required. The room and hotel could have been a lot cleaner. It really requires a deep clean. Although it doesn't smell. The hotel served its purpose. Breakfast was fine, nothing to write home about but again served its purpose. Some of the views from the hotel look over the nearby slum. This didn't not make the area feel unsafe at all.

Very convenient. Access from airport good. Food was tasty. Staff was helpful. Would definitely book again.

Overall it was a good place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only small criticism would be if the bathroom can be a bit cleaner but still usable.

الإقامة جيده لكن السعر عالي جدا الفندق يستحق نجمتين فقط الاكل فقط هندي ويوجد خبز توست وعسل وجام طريقة تعامل موظف الاستقبال جافه نظافة الغرف اقل من جيد ولا يتم تغير فرش السرير مستوى الغرفة مريح والمكيف جديد التلفزيون لا توجد به قنوات عالميه ولا اخبار موقع الفندق مناسب مستوى ألامان عالي جدا المصعد جيد جدا خدمة الانترنت مناسبة جيده جدا مستوى الفرش جيد تم تمديد مدة الإقامة يوم إضافي وتم زيادة السعر بسب الادعاء بترفيع الغرفة مع العلم انه لايوجد اَي فرغ بين الغرف الا ان هناك غرف يوجد الحمام خارج الغرفة أتمنى تطوير المطعم وتحسين الاكل وتحسين معاملة الضيوف من بعض موظفين الاستقبال يمكن الرجوع الي كمرات المراقبة لمعرفة الموظف السئ والتعامل معه مجمل الاقمامة اقل من جيد أوصي بالفندق اذا تم تعديل الملاحظات

Wifi was hard to get, it got disconnected several times and has to call the front desk every time to connect to wifi, which was very discomforting.

Grundsätzlich eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Schöne Zimmer und sehr sauber. Auch ein reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück. Das WLAN ist ausgezeichnet! Aber leider war der Check-in etwas problematisch! Laut der Beschreibung hatte ich ein Zimmer mit eigenen Bad und Frühstück gebucht. Aber das Hotel meine die Buchung sei nur "only Room" ohne Frühstück und mit Bad ausserhalb des Zimmers. (Das Bad wäre aber nur für mich gewesen: Leider war der Voucher nur in Deutsch und so kam es zu einer längeren Diskussion. Zu guter letzt bekam ich ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Deluxe Room inkl. Frühstück. Beim ersten Frühstück noch mal die Diskussion ob es inklusive ist, aber das klärte sich dann auch noch. Hier sollte die Beschreibung auf der Website noch einmal mit dem Hotel abgestimmt werden. Ansonsten war das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Tipp für Anfahrt: Das Hotel ist direkt am Rotary Park, das kennen die meisten Taxifahrer

It was fine. However, the room is quite small for the price. Also, we had booked an Executive Room which is not much different from a standard room but is more expensive (apparently it has a sea view but not really).

Good for clean budget stay

Wir hatten für eine Woche das Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Auf jeder Etage sind 3 Zimmer unterschiedlicher Größe und Ausstattung untergebracht (Standard, Deluxe und Executive), die alle Zugang zur Küche, Essbereich, Wohnbereich und Balkon haben.

Simple. Clean

Arrived at 2pm at night and reception was available at this time. Service not that great, waited at reception to order a taxi, for more than 15 mins.

Staff needs a lot of training for western way of living and requirements. But good location.

Stay was great. The managers Faraz & Shiva were exceptionally accommodating. Must mention that the standard room with the bathroom in the outside was not a good idea. So will recommend those booking to go for the deluxe room. Overall great facilities.

Needs some TLC. Standard rooms do not have bathrooms inside. Upgraded to executive room which was much nicer but not worth the charge. Nice staff but good luck on getting things in a timely manner. Hot water system could use an upgrade and the restaurant menu definitely needs to be far more diverse.
