市内の中心部ではありませんが、コンノートプレイスからメトロで２、３駅離れたところにあります。 掃除が行き届いていないとすぐ気がめいる性質なのですが、このホテルはとても清潔感があります。 結構長い間宿泊していたのですが、どのスタッフもとても親切で　丁寧です。 ちょっとした要望にも応えてくれて、とても快適に過ごせました。 またデリーに宿泊する際には利用したいと思います。

Staff was obnoxious. I left the property after exactly 2 days of my supposed 7 day stay. New rules seemed were being invented for me all the time.

Staff is exceptional. Things happen but it's wonderful when these things are immediately resolved. Staff goes above and beyond. Would recommend and stay again.

This is a very nice hotel with good staff. One thing that concerned me was that they have bomb and metal detectors every time you enter the property. I don't know if that's normal for the city, normal for the area, or if they're just being overly paranoid. Other than that, it was a very nice stay and I would stay there again. So why am I giving them a low rating? If you book with Expedia, they say that you don't have to pay until you arrive at the property. However you will immediately start getting emails from the property telling you that you have to pay otherwise they will cancel your booking. They are clearly trying to game the Expedia system, and that's not right.

Everything was good neat and clean. Price was good too, and I will definitely recommend other people and I will visit again.

Very clean and posh property, Did enjoyed one day business trip stay here. Staff did kindly allowed us 1 hour late check out. Unhappy over Expedia and Hotel reservation team missing alignment. Expedia takes credit card details, confirms the booking and informs that we have to pay at time of check out and get a tax invoice. The hotel send an email and payment link 3 to 4 days before stay and over call confirms that unless you pay advance we can not confirm your booking. So we paid the advance online. But still while checking in, the reception was struggling for 10 mins to find out the reservation and payment details in their system. Upon showing all emails from my laptop - they could align and followed check in. Request Expedia to take a note and improve.

Good 4* not 5* hotel. Location next to metro is advantage. Breakfast good

horrible house keeping. Booked 8 rooms...and had every one changed. Dirty, poor plumbing. We got sick staying in these rooms. Wow...NEVER again.....This is not a 5 star hotel. 2 star at best and the only thing good about this hotel is the lobby.

Hot water was not working. I complained twice but it was not fixed. I had cold shower at three days. Swimming pool was not working.

Clean. Comfortable. Good staff service. Good value for the price. Bathroom was a bit dated and needs work.

It is a dated property but kept well. I am still trying to justify the price paid for the property. Price is high for what you get. Noise level is high in the rooms too. Breakfast is really good and location is central

Room is not same as shown on website. All facilities is very old.
