静かな環境、設備も申し分ない。朝食は最上階の見晴らしの良い所で気分が良い。但し従業員の対応が全体的にスロー。

ホテルの部屋はとてもきれいでモダンで、掃除もいき届いていて、アメニティーグッズもそろっていました。 ホテルはそんなに大きくなかったので、あまり人に会うこともなくて ホテルの人もとても親切でした。朝食はおいしかったです。 近くには買い物、食べるところもあってとても便利です。 今回いろいろ泊まったホテルの中で一番よかったです。 絶対また泊まりたいホテルです。

Excellent hotel in good location. Quick access to metro. Room good quality and comfortable.

I travel a lot for work at this by far has to be the worst stay I’ve experienced! There were cockroaches in the room, springs of the bed had come off. The receptionist made us wait 15 minutes because he had a personal call to attend to. Horrible service plus he asked us to pay extra. Upon that, torn towels, no dental kits or other basic aminities which any basic property is suppose to have. Would not recommend, total waste of money!

Words have power and that power is when a small hotel describes itself as 'boutique' and 'luxury'. There is nothing luxurious about this place unless one consider having a roof over one's head than sleeping on the street then may be. I went for this place purely on the rating. But I am sure the ratings are either fake, paid or by those who have limited experience of travelling. I had asked for a double occupancy room and to my dismay they just joined single beds which I didnt realize until I started sinking between the two in the night. The staff at the check in did not bother to ask if this would be ok. Only positive about this place is that it is fairly clean but the rest is plain awful. I paid close to INR 7500 ( OCT 2024) and I did so purely on the rating. Next day I checked in at Radissom blue and paid nearly 1K less and was upgraded to executive suite. This property is a scam for the money charged and what they provide. Description says free newspaper in the room but its a gimmick they didnt provide. Another is bathroom room gowns again not provided. The towels were old and torn. It was just awful. Walls had stains on them. See it for yourself. Best of all it is not evem on MG road as it claims. Its on a side street where Uber refuses to come so you have to walk to the main road. Breakfast is okish. Staff were helpful but most of them were north easterm I believe who atleast generally courteous. Local staff are rude and ignorant to say the least.

My mom and dad stayed there for one night, outstanding staff and a good place to choose. It was their first time in Bangalore and thank you, everyone, to making sure of their needs. Highly recommend this place.

Food and room service was excellent . However room did not have acrive cable cinnection despite placing multiple requests . Fan regulator was misisng . Front office staff could be more receptive to guest requests . Final billing was delayed

The staff was exceedingly helpful during the whole of our stay. Our room was HUGE!, and we had a nice-sized fridge, a large kitchen counter, large bed, a dining room table for 4, a comfortable couch and plenty of room to move around. The street was quiet and I had a reasonable view to the street. If I was to return to this area, I would definitely return.

Great location, accessible to prime areas in less than 10 minutes. They could use better service when an extra bed was requested. In our case, there were limited comforters / pillows for the extra bed, even when requested.

I have stayed here a few times and while the staff are unfailingly nice, helpful and professional, the rooms are getting worse and worse. This time the fabric on the chairs was badly ripped with the filling showing, water stains down the wall, sink slowly coming off the wall and the towel rail doing the same. Don't start me on the degree in hydraulics needed to figure out to get a warm shower - is there something wrong with installing a normal hot and cold tap? The shower pressure was lousy and between 10-7 no hot water. apparently guests are meant to arrive at convenient hours and not need a shower after traveling all day... When I first started, this was a solid 4 star hotel. Based on the rooms, struggling to get 3 now.

1) No hot water even though their plumber came multiple times and said it was fixed. 2) Long hair in laundry after clothes came back from wash. 3) Electricity kept going ON and OFF throughout one of the days.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond expectations to make my stay great. Food was delicious and pleasingly presented. Room was clean with AC and WiFi working well. Location on MG Road was near great shopping yet rooms were quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend it.

Welcoming and helpful staff, clean and well appointed room with personal touches, pleasant restaurant with both western and local breakfast options. A very comfortable stay.

We stayed two nights in Justa MG, opting for a non-smoking, double bed. Our room was upgraded to a suite - it was lovely. The staff are very helpful. Front desk very polite and pleasant, they were accommodating with our requests of early check-in. Breakfast buffet had decent options (pros:good coffee, eggs/french toasts and omelettes made upon request. cons: Food replenishment is a bit slow) The location is the biggest plus point. There were constant repair works going on causing noise but I hope this is not a permanent feature. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

Struttura piccola ma pulita, con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Sono stati comunque estremamente scorretti, in quanto hanno modificato la mia prenotazione, fatto un mese prima e confermata con garanzia della carta di credito, spostandomi senza preavviso in un altro albergo della loro struttura, molto più fuori mano. Assolutamente sconsigliato

This was my second stay and the property continues to impress. Good staff, lovely room, well priced.

Clean and hygienic ambience. Complimentary breakfast is adequate. Airport pick up and drop facility available on charge basis. Check-in and check-out was done quickly. As a single lady , travelling alone, I did not experience any kind of discomfort. Helpful and friendly staff.

This is a 3/3.5 star hotel that punches above its weight and provides 5 star service. Biju, Mukti and the restaurant staff are wonderful! The front of house Managers (thanks Joseph) are genuine, attentive and just lovely. Although this hotel is tricky to find, it is worth the effort. I stayed for 10 days and I would happily return here for my next visit to Bangalore.

Staff performed service but with out follow through. Comfortable as business hotel
