Excellent Staff, full of hospitability. You will feel welcome as soon as you arrive to the hotel. Restaurant on site serves delicious food. Hotel rooms clean and supplied everyday. What is also important Staff cares about area outside, being there on rain season I was not bitten by even one single mosqito ;)

The food option for breakfast was extremely limited for this travelling outside of India. The hotel room itself smelled extremely bad…very musty and strong. The bathroom was covered with mildew and had to wait 10 mins to get hot water in the morning. As a westerner I don’t recommend staying here.

The hotel ambience, amenities and guest services was great. The staff were really helpful and prompt in their services. The in-hotel restaurants and the breakfast/dinner options are really good.

Excellent service from the front desk, restaurant and cleaning room staff. They are friendly and always seek to accommodate respuesta immediately. The food in the restaurant is good and varied. I recommend including the package with meals

Rooms were spartan an old. Not very comfortable. Mold in shower. Not worth the $115/night. I stayed at the Taj, Hilton, Renaissance, and Radisson for less and much better rooms and service.

Room price is based on the location rather than the actual condition. Felt a bit overpriced just due to the fact that the rooms were not of great standard and also stairs walls on 4th and 5th floor got damp issues which must be paid attention too. Staff have been generally friendly but had to ring front desk on multiple occasions to get hold of someone. But saying this location is excellent and lot of nearby restaurants are there to hangout and dine in..

I stayed at the Lemon Tree because my usual hotel was fully booked. However, the proximity of the hotel to the offices that I was working from meant i could simply walk to work. Everything about my stay was more that expectation and I would definitely stay again. If i had an issue at all, it was that the TV channels were not aimed at a non-India business traveler, as i really could not find anything to watch despite searching.....not even the IPL games which i had to go to the restaurant to watch.

Liked the lemon decor. Property was set-up in a nice manner.

I liked the people working in this hotel. I liked, that everyone in this hotel was doing, what is needed for the guest, to be happy. I liked the good restaurant and the good bar. I liked, that disabled persons are fully integrated in this team. I disliked the appearance of the washing room in my chamber. Even this is old style, it could be maintained better. At all, I can really propose this hotel, to be a very good solution for a management stay on medium level.

Good rates, big room and great food. Enjoyed my stay. The staff is friendly and takes care of requests right away. I will stay there again for sure
