Clean room,good staff,good amenities

Clean property, staff was very professional. Parking very convenient.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my mom and my son. Most of the time, we were at our nearby apartment as some renovation work was going on. My mom had just arrived from the USA, and I came from Canada. On the second day, I discovered that my Canadian dollars were missing from the room. I immediately called the police and the hotel manager. After checking the security footage, they found that hotel staff had entered my room multiple times—even though I had clearly told them I did not want any cleaning or housekeeping during my stay. The manager returned the amount I lost, but unfortunately, my elderly mom later realized that a significant amount of her US dollars was also missing. Because of the hectic situation, she didn’t notice right away. It was heartbreaking, and by the time we realized, there wasn’t much we could do for her loss. This experience was shocking and extremely disappointing. I want to warn other travelers: • Always keep your valuable items with you at all times. • This hotel does not provide any lockers in the rooms, unlike most good hotels. • Be cautious and double-check your belongings if you choose to stay here.

The breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. The room was spacious and similar to what I have experienced in the US and Europe. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
