Lemon Tree was clean and comfortable. The staffs were well trained had enough hospitality for the guests. The room was big enough and it was cleaned well every day. There were some amenity stuffs as well. And Wi-Fi was well connected any time. The only thing I didn't feel comfortable was the location. It was quite far from the central part of Pune. I could arrange the hotel car anytime but it took more than 30 mins to get to the destination. The meal was nice and cheap. I didn't have any stomach problem at all there. The restaurant staffs were especially so polite and offered a good service.

I had absolute horrible experience at lemon tree Hotels. I stayed for 2 days with my parents and room given to us at the time of check in was single room with one bed and they put one extra bed leaving room with no space to walk. I had to request the receptionist for room change and they in return they mentioned it’s all they have. After talking to manager they changed the room. I had a terrible experience with room service. I ordered food and after taking the order they came back by saying they can accommodate only partial order. Food came cold and uncooked. Manager asked me that I can remove the entire order off my bill and can order something complimentary. At the time of checkout I was charged for that amount. I had to again ask them to remove that. In my opinion do not book this place. Common restrooms are very dirty and buffet has very limited options

Non-hygienic, a simple request of hot water took more than 45 mins. Room was mentioned non smoking, but had heavy smoke inside. Housekeeping services are poor.

Attentive, kind staff. Good location. Thoughtfully suggested that I use an empty room (after I checked out) rather than the restroom to change clothes and freshen up before going to the airport. Very pleasant vibe in the hotel - made me happy. :)

Single bed was small, there were no room slippers. They also do not change sheets next day unless being asked to do so which is a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was good. In room information about hotel facilities was not present.

Just one plug point in the room. You have to choose, either the laptop or the phone. No iron and ironing table available at the hotel.
